Beginners luck. We still lost. Defense is college level . Coaching is high school level. They're about as predictable as the sunrise and sunset. They can't even do the small things right,so big things are out of the question .

I've never been on the "Fire Tomlin" bandwagon, but I'm looking for a seat.

Well neither have I and I am on the record many times saying that the coach is overrated at the NFL level when it comes to on the field performance. However, there comes a time when the players have heard the message from the same guy so many times that they start tuning it out and a change is required. They are approaching that time I think where they would benefit from hearing a new message. Just like the Pirates. Clint Hurdle is a great guy but the players have clearly stopped responding to him. The same may apply with the Steelers.

I think Tomlin is done is Pittsburgh, especially if we lose next week in San Francisco. I've never been on the "Fire Tomlin" bandwagon, but I'm looking for a seat.

It's pretty full but we always have room for more!

If a HC is overrated and not that important than it should be no big deal to get another one. IMHO HC is crucial to winning football. He sets the tone. He approves the game plans. He calls the important plays, challenges, when it to go for it on 4th down and 2-pt. conversions. He plays a role in what defense is ran and what players to draft. A HC is vital to winning in the NFL IMHO.

The Steelers almost always lose on the west coast so look for 0-3 soon.
