Why is it dumb? Infection rates are much higher in urban areas where people live closer together and places like grocery stores are more crowded.
California has 4 cities in the top 20 most populated in the USA (San Jose, LA, San Diego and San Fran), Florida has 1 Jacksonville. Florida is largely a
suburban/rural state.
