It's not a fact and I'm not spinning a damn thing. There are government officials, on video, laid out in this very thread stating that if a person dies of say, a heart attack and that person tests positive for covid it is classified as a covid death. Now, you can choose to overlook that and pretend it doesn't exist if you want. But I'm not the one spinning anything. The numbers are inflated Tibs. I just wish we knew how much. Your own government has admitted it. On video.

"Spin" is when you claim that people going back to work after lockdowns is "creating jobs." That's spin.

it’s a fast mutating form of the cold virus. It’s never going away. This is why people who have been “Fully vaccinated” are still the ones getting the virus. It’s not going anywhere.

And like those that erroneously attribute 100% of excess deaths in 2020 to Covid, so too does this ascribe all increased deaths in AL to COVID. Nary a mention of how many died due to lack of healthcare, increased addictions, etc.

Also NOT mentioned, is that in 2020, we as a nation saw an overall drop of 4% in the birthrate.

In 18 months, Alabama has lost 13,210 people to COVID out of a population of 4.9Million people. That's 734 people a month. Alabama is also ranked 47th out of 50 states in health rankings, with increased diabetes and suicides and an overweight population, and we know definitively, Covid is very fond of the obese and the diabetics.

Further, when sheeple like you don't think and just digest, when you don't research and seek truth, you buy **** at face value. You get your news from Twitter and it shows. Were you aware Tiblio that Alabama's birth rate has been on the decline for 70 years?? Of course you weren't.

This "more deaths" than "births" is more affected by the dwindling birth rate in AL overall than it is by the increased one year death total.

In a pure risk assessment, covid is absolutely nothing compared to the spanish flu… in 09 when the swine flu was circulating there were some great breakdowns of why that flu in this age would kill many millions of people… and mostly viable young people… that was an illness you could go to work completely healthy, start coughing, and be dead by evening… unlike this illness, the death count was likely grossly underestimated since reporting was very rudimentary back then… for covid every death that has symptoms of the illness gets chalked up to it unless a negative test is present… deaths rarely go unreported or have no cause of death associated with it, unlike in 1918….

and the biggest thing is that the population then was 1/3rd of today and mass transit was less prevalent so cross contamination was slower and never reached some parts of the country…

lets put it this way… even going with the overinflated numbers we use now, the spanish flu adjusted to this population would have crossed the 2 million dead mark… maybe as high as 2.5 million and most of them would have been in the breeding ages… not just end of lifers…


again if we did absolutely nothing at all, covids impact on the under 30 and really the under 45 crowd would not be impactful… all this is doing is trimming the older and ill population … comparing it to the Spanish flu is not really a good comparison…
