Further to my prior post, we have no national data. So I went and explored Maryland. Interesting find from their website. Now, deceptively, they aren't showing September and October where cases/hospitalizations/deaths were still bad, but follow the yellow. They also have left out the partially vaccinated population.
Also keep in mind the fully vaxed get tested far less and likely only when they are symptomatic.
March: 1.28% cases were vaccinated
April: 2.74% cases were vaccinated
May: 5.72% cases were vaccinated
June: 13.71% cases were vaccinated
July: 25.63% cases were vaccinated
August: 28.1% cases were vaccinated
Cases among the vaccinated increased from 1.28% to 28.1% in 6 months. Like...holy ****. Can someone say drastic waning?

Now look at hospitalizations. Again, no September and October.
March: 1.69% of admissions were vaxed
April: 4.07% of admissions were vaxed
May: 8.76% of admissions were vaxed
June: 17.58% of admissions were vaxed
July: 20.19% of admissions were vaxed
August: 22.99% of admissions were vaxed
Holy **** again.
