I respect your willingness to share your opinion. We have Trubisky, Rudolph and Haskins. So, as fans, we'll initially have to get behind whichever QB emerges as QB1. I think that will be Trubisky. I'm not willing to anoint him (or any of the other QBs currently on the roster) until they prove it. I'll be rooting for that to happen.
As you say, Willis could be spectacular or a bust. That's how the draft operates. Pickett, Corral, Howell, Strong ... any of them could bust. Rarely do you get a "sure thing" at the QB position. Again, I'm not advocating that they pick Willis or any of the QBs that may be available this year. I'd rather they go Davis, or one of the top WRs/CBs if available. Although, as a football fan, it will be interesting to see which, if any, of these QBs prove to have the "IT" factor down the road.
