Also Howard Jones did not receive a tender. Still recovering from a torn ACL.

I understand what you're saying. The problem for these teams is the fact that you have to spend 85% of the cap. So front load a lot of these contacts. People like the Browns have to really over pay to just get players to sign in that **** hole. It's ruining the league cause bums are getting huge paydays and leaving the good players asking for even more.

Bills have restructured Tyrod Taylor's contract and he is staying in Buffalo. Browns were very high on Taylor.
 
Garcon has been a bust for years. $16 million? He ain't worth half that.

and that's why Bell couldn't get the transition tag, the FO couldn't have matched a frontloaded contract
 
All signs are pointing to insanely stupid contracts this free agency season. There is too much cap space, not enough good free agents.

CBS' Jason La Canfora reports there's a "strong likelihood" the Ravens reunite with free agent Torrey Smith.

La Canfora had previously reported Smith would likely end up with the Ravens or Eagles. Now it looks like he'll be returning to the team he departed two years ago. Smith had good chemistry with Joe Flacco. It would be a good move for both sides, though one that would likely send Mike Wallace packing.
