2018-19 Penguins and NHL Offseason

Hope everyone is having a great Thanksgiving !


Pens have back to backs with Boston and Columbus Friday and Saturday. This will be a tough test coming at the wrong time. I'm hoping Sid can carry this. Then Tuesday and Wednesday are back to backs with the Jets and AV's. With this schedule we will see Murray again. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Yeah Boston has a few key injuries. Bergeron and Macavoy.
It was a great game last night.

I'm thankful the Pens found their game last night. They looked good. Boston always concerns me, but if they can put a handful wins together, their confidence will come back.

Tribune review is saying it us a lower body injury that has dealt with for several weeks and they decided to shut him down. Said it was going to be awhile.
 
Been a ruff few games nice to get a win but thankful for being a Penguins fan and enjoy some great hockey
 
Jarry is doing pretty good. The goal he gave up, he had it.
Hope his confidence stays high. Both teams with good opportunities.

Why does Sullivan continue to trot out Malkin and Kessel on the same line in OT.
They are very lazy defensively, sure they were on the ice for awhile, but Dumoulin was the only one making an effort to apply pressure to anyone with the puck.

If Rust could've hit his breakaway opportunity or the three centering pass feeds I saw. We win.


We lost Hornqvist this game too. Injuries are a coming
 
This team is going nowhere. I would like to have seen the team they had last year left alone before all those stupid trades.
 
Sullivan needs to put his ego aside.
Rumors last season was he was in a disagreement with Cole. Cole was one of our best defensemen at the time. With the addition of Oleksiak
that tandem was working great.

The stubborness now in favoring much older vets over WBS guys.
Garrett Wilson, ZAR have provided energy. He constantly keeps putting out Malkin/Kessel which isn't working.
Although I am liking the Pearson deal a bit. He's providing a spark.

Still a lot of hockey, but a couple more movements need to happen
