2019-20 Penguins and NHL Offseason

And Hornqvist looks like he is dragging a wagon around out there. His game is in decline, no doubt. Marino looks really good for being out so long. Haven’t really noticed Dumo much, so that means he isn’t sucking I guess. There are still too many passengers. Not sure why, but I hope they can get all four lines engaged soon.

Paging Matt Murray from 2016. Mr Murray please return to your goal.

Alright way to go Rusty

UB and wife in attendance during 90s night was the cure to breaking the losing streak. Way to go!! Good job!!

Great to see the win and a lot of players started pitching in as the game wore on. It was frustrating to watch at times. Opposing teams are onto them just leaving the puck for the trailer.

Thursday's game will be the litmus test

Happy Birthday Mike Lange...Always a pleasure to listen to him and Phil call the game.

Well now that's some offensive production. Murray I don't know what happened to him. It's been years since he's been that guy who won two cups in a row. How's Flower doing?

I don’t think Flower is doing much better. I mean, the Golden Knights picked up Robin Lehner at the deadline. Word is they wanna sign him long term and Fleury has a $7M cap hit for two more seasons. Having two solid goalies is great, no doubt. When one of them has been struggling this year, and he’s making $7M, they may look to move him.

I really liked Malkin’s line last night.
Rust and Marleau seem to be around for rebounds too. Rust with a hatty to show for.

Stil a bit bothered by the passing when they have a shooting lane.
I get trying to be a good teammate, but sometimes you gotta be selfish in those situations.

Defense should improve with Dumo and Marino back in the lineup.
Hopefully Tanev gets over his illness quickly as well.

Have a good indication where this team is playing Buffalo and Washington coming up.

The thing is that sometimes shooting the puck turns into a rebound or a tip opportunity. They are always waiting for the perfect play for a wide open net. Just shoot the puck. Can't score if you don't shoot.

Great game to see. We were happy and for once the arena was pretty darn loud. We'll be back Saturday for the caps.

Philly and Caps are on NBCSN. Philly is playing a solid game, up 3-2. They are playing excellent hockey right now.

Caps are struggling to even gain the zone right now.

Matthew Barnaby got arrested for a bar fight. My friends and I would always yell "Smell the glove!!" whenever he would give someone a face wash. He never cleaned his gloves and they smelled nasty and were full of god knows what kind of bacteria.

Oh no the dreaded short handed goal give up. Thank god they do that rarely. 1-1.Oh Marleau just got one..2-1

Murray is on fire tonight!

Dang my luck. Murray gets cheap shotted.

I guess they had the wrong guy on Marleau goal. It popped in my feed then changed later.

3-1 so far so good.

I wasn't able to watch the entire game but it sounds like they had an all around good game, Murray was strong in net, and Hornquist did his thing of picking up the loose change around the net and cashing in on a couple goals.

I thought the Pens played well the 1st and 3rd. Murray saved their butts in the 2nd. Still some slop in both high zones leading to turnovers. Nice to have Bjugs back, he looked good for being out since November. Murray had a strong game but I would like to see Jarry against the caps. .

Still way to many turnovers wrong place on the ice, The short handed goal on our power play was typical how we lost six games in a row
