How funny/sad would it be if he made himself untradeable for the Steelers? The only good deal was nixed by the Bills because he's a big mouthed diva and now the Steelers can't get fair compensation for him.

He is far from untradeable...the Steelers just aren’t selling low on him because despite what people think they have no obligation to move him...
He is obviously trying to get cut... he is literally trying to tank his value so low that he gets to be a UFA...
This all started when OBJ signed a bigger deal than him... its a money grab and everyone sees through it now...
If the Steelers don’t get value for him the wont trade him until they do.... they can wait till the draft... or even camp ... this is on their timeframe not his
I can see him being run out of town. If he remains a Steeler, I can see him sitting out or retiring.

he's said a new team will have to give him a new deal. He wants more money. Understandable in any profession, but the ********** got a large upfront bonus when he signed his previous contract. He's even said he doesnt have to play football again. So this is nothing more than him trying to get to a new team, get a new deal with more guaranteed money and to hell with who he has to go through to get it done. He's burned every bridge in Pittsburgh, and the FO is doing what it can to salvage a trade. Though by doing so, they're also letting him edge closer to being a true free agent. No doubt that if he doesn't get traded that he'll become a HUGE cancer in the locker room. His antics will be off the chain and make TO's and Ochocinco's meltdowns look like child's play. And, every day he's not traded is a day older he gets and a day less for his value. He's not the guy who runs precise routes like Jerry Rice was. He's got excellent hands, but he's also not got the size to muscle DBs for the ball like TO. Once he loses his speed, and he's doing so every day he ages, he'll be JAG.

You contact him, make him submit a list of 5 teams he’s willing to accept a trade to, and then it’s up to him to get his agent to broker a new deal.
If the compensation is worth it, the Steelers sign off on it. **** him, let him and his agent do all the work now. If not then he can sit his *** at home and chances are he’ll do something worry of a suspension or the league can suspend him.

I truly hope the Steelers just don't dump him. Get value(what they want and not watered down) or he stays on the team. Then use everything allowable rule under the CBA to keep him in line if he steps out of it. Hopefully, he just holds out. And or retires. **** him. If I ever would go to another game and he trotted out onto the field I would boo his ***. Funny how he thinks all Steeler fans still stand behind him and support him. Crazy really?

So every team knows that AB wants a new deal. So those that are still negotiating must be willing to give him just that. Say the Raiders. Doesn't this put the ball back in our court? The team can't use that as leverage. Whatever they offer I would ask for more. A bunch more.

The contract Jarvis Landry signed last year was bigger as well.
I would not be surprised if after the Beckham and Landry contracts, Brown had Rosenhaus approach the Steelers for a new contract after he just signed a new one a year earlier, and the Steelers rightly told them to go pound sand.
That, combined with continued Juju's rise, would probably explain why he was even pissier than usual last season and eventually blew up.

he's 30 years old. He's the same age as Julio Jones and AJ Green. Neither of whom are bitching about a new contract. Yet he's made more money than either of them, and they were in the first round.
he really needs to put his **** in perspective. We were the only team who cared to draft him in the 6th round, even passing him over 5 previous times. So after putting in all his hard work, NOW he wants to make eyes at new teams?
what else irks me is his love of Jerry Rice, Ochocinco and TO. While those guys are all good/great, we have had some damned good WRs such as Swann, Stallworth and Ward.
100% guarantee if/when he gets to a new team he'll be the same AB we saw a couple seasons ago. For about 6 weeks. Then the meltdowns will start again.

Not only did the Steelers take a chance on him in the draft. They took an even bigger chance by giving him his first big contract just two years removed from being a 6th round pick. On top of that, they made him the highest paid WR in the league not even a month after the Facebook locker room bullshit.
The guy is just something else.
