No idea what it is… speculation ranges from illness ( hope not) to family issue to potentially looking at leaving, but no absolute certainty
 
The Steelers are actually working hard behind the scenes to sign a new OC that hasn't been disclosed to the public. Sources say he is an OC that needs a mobile QB, is going to open up our offense and is pretty creative. Should all go as planned they will introduce Cat Manada as the new OC next week.
 
Maybe he was injured because the stone he was trying to turn over was just too big.
Maybe he is in the ER getting new eyelids sewn on, so the popcorn won't hit him there.

I Never wish bad on any one, definitely not mike Tomlin.

Maybe while trying to put the pudding back in the box,……… he got distracted and had an accident.

I hear boxes with pudding in them taste better… maybe if our coach was less worried about eating pudding filled boxes, we’d get two great halves of football instead of one
 
Perhaps his wife is caterwaulling that she wants him home more. Why didn't he take that announcer job? He needs to address that or follow Tom Brady footsteps.

He may not have finished season-ending interviews but I seriously would be shocked if any coaching changes are coming.
 
Per Dulac at the PG and sources, Canaduh is expected back next season as we all expected. We will see improvement based on the improvement of the players but the play calling will still suck.

Continuous bad decisions constantly handcuffing the team. Better fortify the trenches because they won't be winning against the better teams with offensive schematics. If you can't beat them mentally beat them physically...

Really hope not illness or family issues and would be perfectly fine with third.
 
Doesn't really sound like any coaching changes are coming as myself and most thought. This is from Dulac's chat today.

"Avoid Lloyd: Hello Gerry, any truth that the Steelers are putting any possible changes on hold while Tomlin deals with a person matter?
Gerry Dulac: Just so everyone knows, Tomlin's "personal matter" does not have anything to do with him, his health, or his immediate family. It is just something to which he had to attend. He is back in the office. And I also will tell you that any significant decision with his coaches has already been made."
