So to summarize:
Suppressing speech is fine since these are private, not government, platforms. With you so far.
Violating policy can get you tossed from the platform. Okay, still with you.
And the policy violations and bannings are enforced against one group (conservatives, 95% of whom are white males) and not the other (liberals, particularly "people of color"). Yeah, you might have a problem there ...
California Civil Code, section 51 (known generally as the Unruh Civil Rights Act, after some low-level government nobody) provides in relevant part, "(b) All persons within the jurisdiction of this state are free and equal, and no matter what their sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status are entitled to the full and equal accommodations, advantages, facilities, privileges, or services in all business establishments of every kind whatsoever."
So if the platforms target white males (as they do) and natural born citizens (as they do), say hello to my lil friend, the Unruh Civil Rights Act.
