I don't care what color she is. That's morbid obesity caused by a really ****** diet and lifestyle. I'm sure she has metabolic syndrome. The only way out of that is A LOT of sweat equity, a healthy diet and the self discipline to maintain all 3.

My nursing home has 30 dementia beds. In the 16yrs i have been there we have only had one black resident in that unit. My gfs grandma has dementia pretty badly now and she is a rich skinny white person.
