I agree, but they should have taken the decision out of his hands and gave him a choice. I' as sypethetic as anyone but sooner or later you have to buck up and putting hi in a posssition with teammates and a purpuse is best medicine for most.

I realize neither of us have privy to behind the door scene but outside looking is this is how I see it.
