FWIW, I thought it funny through the entire process about how pissed off Dems were about Trump shining the light on all the **** were not privy to see, they blamed Trump for Biden's mess. Adam Schiff lied to Congress and the American people with a totally made up statement about the President’s phone call. Will there be no retribution? Speaker Nancy Pelosi also lied to the American people about the need to swiftly pass impeachment articles they dreamt up, only to sit on them for a month before sending over to the Senate. In the Senate, the Democrats continued to make their political motivations clear – Rep. Schiff proclaimed the issues “cannot be decided at the ballot box” – proving once again they think they know better than the voters of this country. This entire effort by the Democrats was aimed at overturning the results of the 2016 election and interfering with the 2020 election.

Throughout this wholly corrupt process, President Trump successfully advanced the interests of the United States and remained focused on the issues that matter to Americans. He spent his time achieving real victories for the people of this country, and the Democrats – once again – have nothing to show for their fraudulent schemes. This is the kind of politician that I have come to despise. He comes from political royalty. Because of his pedigree, he was able to launch a career into corporate raiding, destroying the lives of millions, while pocketing millions at their expense. His political career has been nothing but personal opportunism....his schtick doesn't play in Michigan, let me try Massachusetts. Maybe Utah next time. Flip flop on the issues depending on locale.

This latest episode really exposed his complete disregard for justice under the law. His personal pettiness, and animus for Trump was on full display, and this is nothing more than a political calculation for a future move. What is next for Pierre? A move to the Dem party? A gig on MSNBC?

One thing for sure....his career as a Republican is over. He will have to make another move, out of Utah, if he has any chance of electability. Hopefully, he just goes away.

My guess is that there was hope to have it go passed the SOTU address, too. They didn't want him armed to come out swinging like he did, and having it continue passed the address would have made it a very different speech.
