Bell missing his burst

Pass blocking looks ****** there too, I agree Bell had no where to go on that one.

Its a blitz. If we did the same you wouldnt be calling it a sucessful job by our Defense. Step up not the best but not ****** either. One more second though and maybe he sees James

Not sure because it we have time not sure if AB route was to turn up like he did. Same route he ran that he was wide open and threw a hissy fit.

They rushed 5, we had 5 OLinmen, Foster got bull rushed right into Ben lap, he didn't have another second, Fosters guy is on him as he released it as it was

In other words you can't refute my points, data or observations. Bell isn't playing well right now. But you can pretend he is. When you have data the contrary on what I post, that will be a first.

Might I suggest you put in your K-Pax DVD today?

In other words, as I've said countless times, take a class on reading comprehension. I just refuted your "points, data and observations" by giving you stats from NFL.com. You provide the only fact of Bell's YPC avg (nothing else), a broad statement that the rest of the starting RB are better than him and your opinion Bell isn't worth playing over a rookie, whose had all of a whopping 19 carries in his career. There are RBs that have a better YPC than Bell, but they don't have his resume that require game planning specifically for him. I don't refute he isn't as dynamic as he was last year. There are various factors causing that, some from him. But the entire offense is off and they are not executing plays like they should.

K-PAX? Go back to watching your Power Rangers. If you are going to pick Kevin Spacey movies..you can't go wrong with the Usual Suspects, LA Confidential, or Horrible Bosses.

Well no matter what you call it, we didn't have time for any of our routes to develop, so that's pretty ****** IMO

They werent deep routes and looks like Ben was staring that way the whole time. Like i said one more second James is wide open..but hey if you staring down one guy probably does feel like you need to throw it right now

See you'll find any way to put it in Ben, how can you tell who he's looking at? You keep saying one more second, by what didn't he have one more second? The late rusher cut right underneath Gilbert and he and Foster guy kill Ben if he holds it another second, then everyone is bitching because Ben held it to long.

To be honest im really just teasing you its not that big of play. But um looking at the gif his head never turns he looks right the whole play. I agree he didnt have much time because of the blocking. He was able to step up though i only posted the gif for the Bell part of it. He had no where to go on that play. Im waiting to see the other play near tye end zone on bell where it looked like he had a chance to score.. I'm pulling your tail Coryea.

Lol yes he didnt what to do lol. Or how to celebrate

The play Bell looked like he had the corner near the end zone, was one of the plays I thought he'd usually score on, but I do think it was a CB that ran him down

Yeah it did but now i want to see it because the play i posted earlier looked like a big play when in fact he wasnt going anywhere cause there were two more defenders right there. But on tv it looked like that one man stopped a big play..

His burst looks fine here that is just bad luck and a good play the LB who just tripped him up.

Hmmm .... isn't that DeCastro pulling and whiffing on his block? Lucky the LB's own guy knocked him down or that play wouldn't have went for as big a gain as it did.

He may be leading the lead in rushing yards but he is averaging less than 4 per carry. That's not good when he is supposed to be the best RB in the NFL (by far in his own eyes) and is running behind the 2nd best OL in the league. He's averaging about a yard per carry less than he should be. That's very significant.

Not sure how someone who just took the lead in rushing yards on the season has lost his burst. I just think that defenses are being coached better in plugging the rush lanes when facing Bell.

So basically the leagues leading rusher is having a down year ..priceless

I think one other factor is how often the Steelers have played with a commanding lead this season. While Bell may get a few long runs through the first 3 quarters -- it's largely been in the 4th quarter when the Steelers are playing with a significant lead and can lean on Bell to kill the clock and pad his stats. That's when he's been known to break the long runs, isn't it?
