Haha, what the hell did I start? ******* play every sport, including football. I play a ton of soccer, but I'd watch an NFL game any day over a soccer match, highschool soccer is actually more entertaining than professional soccer IMO. I can't stand baseball, extremely boring.
Most soccer fields outside of the US are about 120 yards long and close to 70 yards wide.

Soccer is about as entertaining as watching a marathon.

The World Cup had a lot of manufactured, politically correct, "hey, a lot of people's kids play this sport, let's pretend it's entertaining" interest. I'd be willing to bet the majority of people who got caught up in the World Cup haven't watched soccer since.
