He just mustn't be a very likeable guy. 26. ****** 26. He was maybe 3rd for MVP. And when I say maybe I think he is at worst 2nd.26th with Joe Thomas at 25 and Russell Wilson at 22. He can only be snubbed for so many things before you question why?

sticks'n'stones n'at.

That list is NFL network nonsense, who gives a rip?

He seems like a great team mate and guy on camera and **** so it's a little hard to picture. But 26. That is pretty ridiculous. He threw for a 1000 yds more than Wilson. He had his best season in what I consider a HOF career. 26.

He was offensive player of the week three times. His stats were sick and they won 11 games Albeit against some weak competition, but the literally had no defense and had bottom 1/4 of the league takeaways.

Anything flucking nfl voted, even if by the players, is fixed. Who countsd the ballots and are they sealed voting...... NO accountability of anything. WHO says these arre accurate???? Fluck, I'll take his play over any position ing of top 100 polayers anyday.!!!!!!!

Salute the nation

But why would the league conspire against him. What is their motive. I

Therfe is no conspire, the league will make who they want along the way as to reflection of league statis. Like it or not, 26 is respective, considering his past.................... in the eyse of the leauge .

I think it is simply he isn't the most popular person. The fact that he was voted by the players at that spot tells me that they couldn't ignore his talent his season.

Although I still think he was deserved at the minimal of top ten.

Get us back to a SB and win it and see how those voters are forced to give him a even higher ranking.

:emmersed:

If it's best (regardless of position) and not most valuable, I can buy he is the 26th best player in a league of 1,700 players.

Just because it was voted on by the players, doesn't mean they polled EVERY player in the league.

These polls have always been ridiculous and should be ignored. All that matters is winning and being victorious in the very last game of the NFL season hoisting the trophy. Ben's done that twice and came close to three in his 11 year career.

That is utter BS! If there was a draft of all the NFL players, Ben is a top 10 pick among the 1,000+ players in the NFL. With Brady aging and " deflated :" and Manning andr near retirement, I could argue he's the best QB in the game right now.

To me it's 1) Rodgers, 2) Ben .. But yeah, basically, this

Rodgers is clearly better than Ben.

Rodgers is clearly better than Ben.

Yes and No. In the regular season Rodgers is amazing. In the playoffs he's but 6-5. Ben is 10-5 in the playoffs, and has one more super bowl ring.

I love Ben, but Rodgers is clearly the best QB in the league right now, and it's not even really close. That's not a knock on Ben (who I think is 2nd best) or anybody else, Rodgers is just that damn good.

I responded to a post similar to this a few years back when someone complained about Bens ranking in the original list. Consider the following points with Ben being 26.

1. This list doesnt mean diddly poo.

2. This is voted on by players. I have never watched the show (See point 1) and I dont know if they explain how the voting works, but we all know the steelers are a very polarizing team. Thus they are subject to player bias against the steelers in voting.

3. Using what I will call a "law of averages" Being ranked 26, considering there is defensive players on the list as well, mean Ben could be ranked 13 amongst the leagues offensive players. (Keep in mind I never watched the show (Point 2 because of Point 1)

4. Considering there are 32 teams in the league, this means Ben would be better than every player on 6 teams, and only have one player on each of the other 25 teams rated higher.

5. If #7 is healthy and starting at QB for the Steelers, I like our chances. Football isn't played on paper.

6. Reread point 1.

#26, what a joke. I wouldn't pick 5 players before Ben to start a franchise

Drew Brees was #30...Flacco was 90 something. Just seems like the QB's are getting snubbed a bit by all the players voting.
