The following was written by a friend of mine, who I worked with for four years, who later went on to launch a political career, that included a run for Congress. He's well educated, shows it, writes well. I really enjoy his work. He just posted this yesterday on another social site and felt it fit beautifully into this thread:

Bernie Sanders is Dangerous
Bernie Sanders *is* dangerous. He's dangerous because he has catalyzed the neo left, here. They now have license they didn't have previously. In the last several months long held notions, normally reserved to academia, are being put into political practice by the neo left.. The number one axiom of the left - It never moderates, never reaches equilibrium, never self corrects. It pushes further and further. Sanders and his sea of supporters mark a crucial next step.
In other radical leftist movements the socialist ultimately gets 'purged' by the next-level lefty. Thats primarily because the socialist would rather work within the construct of law and order of the old society. But, the new left views the generally accepted values of the old society as an impediment to its final advance. Consequently, the new left views lawlessness, deception, violence, intimidation as necessary and just. Yet, simultaneously, ironically they forbid it's critics the similar claim. Its happening. The press is complicit.
The new left now commandeers the Dem party in America. And they are moving quickly, very quickly. There is nothing that resembles either JFK or even Bill Clinton in the new left - nothing. Yet, those who voted for JFK and Clinton will patronize the new left, mindlessly. I think some democrats, wrongly so, think Hillary will moderate post primary. It doesn't matter the new left is now in charge.
Look how far left Hillary has moved from Bill. Bill Clinton spoke of more police, ending the 'era of big government', reduced capital gains taxes. The new left is in the process of disassembling everything about the old society that has stymied their forward progress in this country. This election is important. Perhaps the most important, ever. Rant over.

So you run Hungary's version of Kinkos? How is running a business there different from this country? Is there competition in that line of work there or do regulations pretty much protect you and also determine the price of your product/service?

You guys still make photo copies? Talk about living in the dark ages. That's going to die off soon, like DVD's. But I'm sure you'll be able to rely on government assistance when it happens.

Lets keep it civil with Brother Tibs. I'm sincerely interested in what the differences are between running a business in the States vs Hungary. Does the state help you set it up and protect it from competition or is it similar to our method where you throw your business out there for the public to determine its worth/value. Where competition forces the product forward or die by the wayside.
In all seriousness I'm not trying to stir stuff up, I'm just facinated on the differences that must exist between the two environments.

The DOJ is as corrupt as the rest of the works up there in DC.. I'd be very surprised if they do anything to slaughter the chosen one. If they do then I'd bet the administration is already knowledgeable and that would explain Bernie and Barracks **** eating grins from that photo op of their meeting.

To paraphrase the Duke of Exeter from Shakespeare's Henry V I have nothing but scorn and defiance, slight regard, contempt for him and those like him. Neo-Socialist hacks of his ilk want to curtail my Liberty for "Public Safety" and confiscate my property and wages for "Fairness and the public good". I will oppose that at every opportunity.

In all honesty we are pretty far down that road now. We have no kids yet we pay thousands in taxes each year to send others kids to ****** schools. Don't get me started on the health care that is causing me to bring home about 8k less per year and made going to the doctors office akin to going to the DMV now. I want to see us at least stop and turn back before they raid us for our retirement funds and more taxes to help pay for whatever cause and whoevers re-election. It's insane and I think that only people who are in the same boat as us can feel the effects and at least try to turn things around. Not sure if Trump can or will, but I sure as hell know Bern or Hill won't

The American Journal of Political Science published a correction this year saying that the 2012 paper has “an error” — and that liberal political beliefs, not conservative ones, are actually linked to psychoticism.
“The interpretation of the coding of the political attitude items in the descriptive and preliminary analyses portion of the manuscript was exactly reversed,” the journal said in the startling correction.
“The descriptive analyses report that those higher in Eysenck’s psychoticism are more conservative, but they are actually more liberal; and where the original manuscript reports those higher in neuroticism and social desirability are more liberal, they are, in fact, more conservative.”
