BILLS vs Steelers preseason gameday thread

Broderick. He's been beat a couple times when the defender smacks his hands down and beats him to the spot.
Didn't finish his block on the 2nd and 4 run a series ago. His man got back in the play to assist on the tackle.

Dare I say a fifth good punt.....crazy.

Yeah, I don't recognize pretty much anybody still in the game so I'm out.
It's time to not play anyone who is going to be a contributor this season and wait for September 10. Just get the work done in practise.

Well ******* that's a wrap ........ some good stuff tonight in all 3 phases of the game .............. and some poor play by some of the Green playas

Good night all in Steeler Nation

Got to tip my hat to the coaches! This is as polished as I've seen the team look across the board, this early in the season, in a very long time. Bravo! I don't count the last few minutes. Even had the rookie draft picks pulled.

And damn Herbig looks like a steal in the draft. Boy can play.

Oh and who I the backup center? Please don't tell me it's Green? He can't play center. At all.

Watching Tomlin's post-game presser. Y'all get on him for his big eyes, but ****, that man blinks A LOT!! Like watching one of those robot band members at Chucky Cheeses'

Offense wasn't really as good as it seemed. Big plays and not much else

Kenny only threw 4 passes. Mitch was 10/13 but only 6 yard average.

If you take away the Warren run for 62 yards and also deduct the 6 QB scrambles, here's the rushing total

26 att 36 yards 1.4 average

The starting OL did not play long. I'm guessing Tomlin saw enough and wanted to evaluate the backups. Their run blocking was awful.

The Starting O needed to show it could do big plays… that is not a negative, it’s the biggest positive. Last year they were either first or second in plays per drive… they sucked at scoring or making big chunk plays
