We shouldnt have rules that are outdated. I get 20 years ago when it was harder to find info. The Steelers draft Pickett. everyone knows it in 2 minutes. But if we want to post a thread about it we need to post a link? I dont know which is weirder this or someone asking for citations.

this story might be easy to find, but what if it is some made up bullshit and you go looking for it and it is nowhere to be found because it is all a figment of some douchebags imagination.

posting a link is not a rule....in that failing to do so will get you banned, but as I said it is a ******* courtesy to the others so they know it is a legit story and not some lame BS

I don’t know, Brady never struck me as a particularly personable or humorous guy, but neither is Troy Aikman, so maybe that doesn’t matter?

Bradshaw, Namath, Dandy Don Meredith - those guys have/had personality. If I was going to sign a analyst to a mega deal, he’d need to have personality.
 
I'm surprised Pat McAfee didn't get a gig, but i guess maybe he enjoys the freedom of the podcast. I think they should rotate play by play guys so we are not stuck with horrible people the whole year like booger.

Aikman does the games. If Brady is doing the games he is fine. You need personality to do the 3 hour pregame show.
