Bring on the ravens

Berm, you have a football mind.

I like the optimism from the crowd. Unless we get 3 turnovers and capitalize on all I'm not optimistic.

Tomlin is going to pull a tomlin.
There is indeed a high percentage chance on Sunday there will be multiple threads about how he Tomlined away that game and really Tomlined up this season.

I’d much rather be sitting in astonishment wondering how bad Buffalo is gonna crush us in the next round tho. At least the streak would be over.

Hard to argue, Wilson is batting 563 in the playoffs. The defense is winless, and have given up HISTORIC points over the last how many playoff appearances?
If they give Tomlin credit for not a losing season, Wilson deserves the same for a winning playoff record.
Wilson is batting .250 in the playoffs since 2016 (1-3). He beat a 9-7 Eagles team in 2019, who had Josh McCown playing quarterback, by the score of 17-9. Russ has one more postseason win during that timeframe than the Steelers (0). Seems like a good fit.

The pressure is ALL on the Ravens. There is no doubt about that. Nobody expects anything out of the Steelers. If things get tough in this game do the Ravens start to press, Lamar thinking "not again?"
You don’t think there is any pressure on a former 10-3 team trying to avoid a 5 game losing streak to end the season?

They will also face the pressure of the crowd and the refs.

I’d say both teams are under equal pressure, but one team trending up and the other plummeting

He hasn’t played all season, I want him to play but also realize he probably won’t and if suited up will be very low contribution as his snap count would be near non-existent unless injury driven.

The bigger concern would be “why not include Mike Williams into the actual game plan”, and actual pass to him……….

Salute the nation
I simply don’t know how you can advocate for taking Van Jefferson and his 267 yards of production (all season) as a WR2 off the field.

And yes there is a list of guys who have done more in a single game

Flipper Anderson
Calvin Johnson
Stephone Paige
Jim Benton
Cloyce Box
Julio Jones
Jimmy Smith
Jerry Rice
John Taylor
Antonio Brown
Terrell Owens
Andre Johnson
Charlie Hennigan
Tyreek Hill
Del Shofner

Doing more in 1 game than our WR2 all damn season…sad

Cam could be diagnosed with the gout - big fella will be on the field!!!

I love the new toys that could be in play! Add Holcomb to that ILB mix and we've, oops, the Steelers could unlock some very aggressive defensive schemes. Having Jackson back will be huge as well!

George better grow up and play like a man.
And Russ better pull his damn head out his A$$ look at GP early on progressions, quit turning the ball over, be productive in the red zone, slide protections to avoid the avoidable sacks, climb the pocket, not lock onto receivers, not throw into double/triple coverage, etc

**** that’s a lot to ask…we’re screwed
