I see a lot of people pointing to Brees. Brees measured 6 ft even and 213 lbs. He was much thicker built than Young. Young weighed in at just 194 lbs and that was probably bulked up.

He's small and that does mean he's at higher risk to injury.

Carolina drafted Matt Corral last year. Wonder if they think he sucks and that's why they wanted a QB 1 overall. In terms of style, he would be a good backup to Young.

I’m sure size and longevity with-in the NFL is directly related, regardless of position. With the QB position being the MOST protected position in all sports, I’d think that adds to the lively hood.

Just going out of memoray and in general speaking, the smaller players don’t seem to have as long a career, regardless of position.

Is Bryce a bust, I doubt that, but also will say he razzles and dazzles for a couple plus years. Once he gets the “ding”, his razzle and dazzle will slow and size will matter even more.
