What a body. Wow

It's shaping up to be a State in revolt more and more each passing day. The more progs they get elected the loonier they get.

California in revolt: how the progressive state plans to foil the Trump agenda

California prides itself on being first with progressive laws on climate change, labor rights and marijuana. In 2018, the Golden State’s “firsts” are defensive – bold proposals and legal maneuvers to protect citizens from Donald Trump.

State leaders have pushed legislation and lawsuits to circumvent and undo Trump’s agenda on immigration, the environment, internet freedom and other liberal causes. One of the most consequential victories came Tuesday when a judge in San Francisco blocked the Trump administration’s plan to end a program that allows 800,000 undocumented people to study and work in the US.

At the same time, activists have also launched grassroots campaigns to shield residents from the White House’s attacks – and to pressure local Democrats to do more to mobilize the largest state against the president.

Looks like Orpah was an accessiry to Weinstein.

California loves to come across as progressive, but there is no state in the country that exemplifies the rich and debauchery on one side of the coin and the extreme poor on the other side of the coin like them. No where.

The elite in California, from tech industries (Elon Musk and sex parties) to Hollywood are the exact picture of Bacchus and his minions while immigrant and illegal Mexicans slave labor powers their agricultural economy. Everything about that state sickens me. They have no reality. They have no moral compass. They have no idea what their ideas will wrought.

P.S. Watching that woman hit a golf ball never gets old. Nice power fade....

California is fake as hell.
The media pumps it like it's the best state.

There is some natural beauty, but the culture drives sane Americans away

California is quickly becoming Venezuela.

I think there must be something in the air that attacks their brains on that caost.

Check this out....

A UC-San Diego student filed a personal injury and property damage lawsuit against her administration in November 2017, a year after she was hit by a car while protesting the results of the presidential elections on an interstate. Her complaint holds the university, the regents, the city, and the state responsible for not stopping or controlling the student demonstrations in which she chose to participate, claiming they are liable for the injuries she incurred while marching on the freeway.

Soooo....just to see if I understand this correctly. A UC student was struck by a car, on a freeway, while protesting the results of the Presidential election so she is suing the university, the regents, the city, and the state responsible for not stopping or controlling the student demonstrations in which she chose to participate,

GTFOH...really, someone slap this moron please. I'd be willing to bet that car was either stopped or barely moving when she claims she was 'struck'...jus sayin'

Cost climbs by $2.8 billion for California bullet train

Officials increased the cost estimate for the first phase of California’s high speed rail project by 35 percent on Tuesday, to $10.6 billion.

That would put the entire cost of the train from San Francisco to Los Angeles at roughly $67 billion

It’s the latest cost spike in a project that’s been plagued by delays and cost overruns. When voters approved $10 billion in bonds for the project in 2008, officials estimated the project would cost $40 billion.

They should build the train line from CA to Texas. That is where most Californians are headed. They already infected Oregon and Washington with their libtardism. They are destroying states one by one.

Just think Spike. That coulda been us having to pay all them taxes for a loser high speed rail system. Scott wisely turned down that Obama seed money because he knew how it would turn out. How right he was indeed.

California AG: ‘We Will Prosecute’ Employers Who Help Federal Authorities Detect Illegal Immigrants
http://freebeacon.com/issues/califo...ederal-authorities-detect-illegal-immigrants/

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra on Thursday warned employers in the state that they will face legal consequences if they voluntarily provide information on their employees' immigration statuses to federal authorities.

"It's important, given these rumors that are out there, to let people know—more specifically today, employers—that if they voluntarily start giving up information about their employees or access to their employees in ways that contradict our new California laws, they subject themselves to actions by my office," Becerra said at a news conference, according to the Sacramento Bee. "We will prosecute those who violate the law."

Illegals in California with Driver's Licenses Eligible to Vote After April 1

Starting on April 1, 2018, illegal aliens in California who have recently obtained state driver's licenses legally, or obtained them previously by lying about their immigration status, will automatically be registered to vote. Since January 2015, according to the California DMV, A.B. 60, a law passed by the California Assembly, "allows illegal immigrants to the United States to apply for a California driver's license with the CA Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)" [emphasis original]. As of December 2016, more than 800,000 California driver's licenses were issued to illegal aliens under the A.B. 60 law. Additional thousands of illegals may have been granted licenses prior to 2015 because they lied on their driver's license application forms and claimed they were in the country legally. (No proof of legal residence has been required by the California DMV in recent years.)

I make the motion to refuse to certify all their future election results and ban them from participation in federal elections.

When is that state leaving the union? They are acting like their own country without any regard for the laws of this country. Seriously prosecuting people for reporting criminals. They have lost their ******* minds.

Ian Calderon wants restaurateurs to think long and hard before giving you a straw.

Calderon, the Democratic majority leader in California's lower house, has introduced a bill to stop sit-down restaurants from offering customers straws with their beverages unless they specifically request one. Under Calderon's law, a waiter who serves a drink with an unrequested straw in it would face up to 6 months in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

Yep. Six months in jail for giving someone a straw with their drink.
