To be honest. Best thing for him. Miami can use him as a deep threat opposite Hill and Waddle can move inside to slot in 3+ wr sets. That should clear both safeties for Waddle and if it doesn't leave Hill or Claypool singled up. Of course Chase will need a lesson on how to catch again. But McDaniels is an innovator at coaching and I have no doubt in his ability. I do have doubt about Chicago and Pittsburgh.

How many chances does one get? So, a player gets cut for this malcontent, only the NFL.
Such is the life of a NFL prospect. If you have talent you get opportunities. Good opportunity to either break or make your career in Miami. I am high on their HC. I think if anyone can squeeze anything out of Claypool, I would think they would be towards the top of the list.

The trade is flopping 6th for 7th round picks in 2025. Considering the Dolphins will likely be at the end of the 6th and the bears the beginning of the 7th that is literally single digit point value on a trade chart. So, they traded nothing to get him.
