Coach firings

The Minnesota media wants Zimmer out. Fan base as well. I think he gets his pink slip not too long after the vikes vs bears game.

This feels like it’ll be a down year for firings setting up for a big year next season.

Nagy - Bears fans are beyond done with this guy. I’d anticipate he’d be the first to go.

Zimmer - This team feels like they have enough talent to win and just can’t get over the hump.

Fangio - I don’t think he is a lock to go. This was a curious hire in the first place and it really hasn’t paid off.

Rhule could only because Tepper seems to be impatient and likes to be involved.

Any chance the Texans fire their coach? He was a bad hire last season, still tough to move on after one year. Not many can admit a mistake that fast.

I agree which was why last winter was so disheartening. I honestly couldn't believe they were that dumb.
He should have been told "no extension unless you get to the Super Bowl". Shades is too comfortable. Needs a fire lit under his ***.

from whom?
That’s a rumor going around the league and different news sources. I heard there is dissatisfaction with both coaches. I suppose we’ll know soon enough.

If AZ wins over the hapless Seahags this weekend that will give them 12 wins for the season, a number that has been eclipsed only once in the last 100 years for them!

Why do you think they'll can him?
I’ve seen from some news sources that there may be some unhappiness with him and not the coach to get them over the top. Who knows! It could be just crap flying around from their recent losing streak.

Probably! Personally I don’t give a flying ****. I’m only concerned with one coach in the NFL. I do know owners can be very fickle and make some knee jerk decisions so if Kingsbury gets canned it won’t surprise me one bit.

I can't see Arizona firing Kingsbury. They are on the cusp of something special out there.
I agree they could get 12 wins and Murray was hurt a few games. I could see Stefanski getting fired. The browns should have had a 70-30 run / pass ratio, but continued to let an injured Mayfield attempt to throw it all over the place. Judge will probably be gone the giants have no QB and Barkley is always injured. Not sure about Zimmer in Min they are very talented, but have not put it together. I imagine Harbaugh's seat is a little warm. Going for 2 in back to back games and losing both which in reality destroyed a solid shot at a playoff spot. I think he will get a pass though due to all the injuries.

I was serious about the hundred years, in only 1 season, 2005 I believe, did they win more than 12 games. Living out here, I haven't heard anything, but the Bidwell's have been known to kneejerk when it comes to head coaches. My wife is friends with Nicole Bidwell, Michael's wife, I'll ask if she's heard anything, but I doubt they would say one way or the other. I would be shocked if they let Kingsbury go.

Personally I think Cliffs done fine out there. He knew Rosen wasn’t the guy and got his man Kyler Murray. Seems like it’s worked pretty damn good so far to me.

I have been thinking and no way do I let Tomlin go, in fact I promote him. I promote him to speaker of the steelers. look the media loves him, the players love him and it looks like Art loves him. So I give him a big raise and tell him his job now is to just talk.

I can see his first presser now.

MT: obviously I wasn't the right man for the job. The new coach has gotten these guys back into the lab and they definitely do not live in their fears. When Mr. Rooney came to me about my new position my first thought was next man up. Now what was your question again..

What sources??

There isnt a snowball's chance in hell that Klingsbury is fired

I had seen a few articles when the Cards were on a recent slide that there were rumblings about him possibly not being the guy to get them over the top. Let me be clear, not my opinion just some articles I had read. Probably nothing to it. I will tell you who I do think will be gone.
Vic Fangio will be out in Denver
Nagy will be fired in Chicago
Zimmer will be let go In Minnesota.

We are stuck with cool shades. They should clean 🏠 with most coordinators and assistant coaches and put some fired HC in those spots. Wasn't Fangio a Defensive Guru?

The best coordinator we've had since the Cowher holdovers moved on was Todd Haley and he was most assuredly not a Tomlin hire. Shades didn't know The Bruce was out and Haley was in until he read it in the paper, obviously.

And I believe Haley was a quality X and O guy but was a disaster as a people person. So if that is the best coordinator....... that says a lot.

So Tomlin is that manager who doesn’t know what the **** he is doing.
Lol. Maybe he retires with Colbert
