That isn't why he yelled at him one incident was not standing up with the team during camp. I have seen many incidents where Cam was a leader. But whatever.
Both of their primary role is the same probably......which is special teams.
I see Cam lead by example on the field. My take. We needed him to put our star players in their place a few years ago. He never did. You see him put Jarvis in his place. Not really being a team leader in my opinion....but as you stated...whatever.
The kid would have been an UDFA, yet we burn a 6th rounder on him simply because his brother plays on the team. The FO is just ******* ridiculous with the nepotism angle! You want to burn a draft pick on him, fine - do it in the 7th at pick 241.

We were talking about Cam keeping his brother in line. Nothing to do with liking or disliking the pick. This team had major issues with players doing their own thing. It would have been nice if Heyward stepped up then and kept them in line. Putting Jarvis in line is funny.

Not sure why that is so funny. I was actually there very close to the incident. When one player was doing their own thing and Cam steps in and tells him what's up that is hands on leadership.
Yep. I will disagree. Selective leadership you can call it then. I see that at work. Not a good moral thing when some get called out and others don't. I am not stating Cam is this great team leader for calling out Jarvis Jones at practice or whatever he said it was when we had star players doing crazy **** on and off the field. One thing I know is when people in positions of leadership selectively pick and choose who to discipline it isn't a good thing. One might even say that it isn't good leadership.
Picking and choosing when and who to lead really isn't leading is it? If you are a TEAM leader.
How do you know he didn't call him out. My point was some people just can't be helped. I just don't know what you would expect him to do. Some people are just bat **** crazy. Surely you must have seen that with AB. Bell just took to social media and didn't give a ****. I just don't get what you thought he could have done. These are grown men,with huge bank accounts. They don't give a **** what you say to them.
