That’s a great conspiracy, but a quick google search shows that the Deputy Director of the FBI is, indeed, a man.

LOL, I've got a very intelligent, at times bombastic friend with whom I can't share anything novel without receiving first in response the obligatory "I've been saying this for decades...I said this...I've been onto this...I was talking with the Missus about this the other day...I've been aware of this..." It's always first self-congratulatory and letting you know they're a few steps ahead of you seeing it first lol instead of just letting the point resonate.

Reminds me alot of the clip where Jack Rubinstein shoots LHO. If you watch the old guy in the hat and glasses (not sure his position in the Dallas PD) who walks out a few feet ahead of the escort detail, he's completely nonchalant and seemingly unsurprised when the shot rings out a few feet away to the point it looks almost comical like they need to check his pulse.
