Now a LOT makes sense, trust me. The same folks and organizations that have quite literally, no exaggeration, changed their stances on everything COVID at least weekly, if not more.
I'll repeat to you the mantra I used with Tibs. Science evolves. Scientists continue studying, testing hypotheses. The more we study the sun, the more we learn about the sun. The more we study about the ocean, the more we learn about it. The more we study COVID, the more we have also learned.
That scientific learning has come in in waves. And the latest science directly conflicts with the bullshit you still cling to.
THAT is the definition of being a flat earther. When you refuse to accept new science in favor of the old science you cling to.
Thank god for the science, like the people at MIT, who helped to force the CDC to go from one position (keep masking) to only days later saying if you're vaccinated, you can burn the mask. The CDC is no more than the AFT at this point, a political organization.

Science evolves? Funny you should say that after you insisted that you were nefariously lied to in the early days of the pandemic. No, the latest science does not support your argument. Cases are down just about everywhere thanks to the vaccines you refuse. The conclusions that have been drawn about mitigation aren’t changing and won’t.

I m not necessarily even referring to that. That is just one of many components of how masks are not helping at all. The handling of masks even if they are of the proper type and worn correctly over the nose and mouth is piss poor at best. Setting them down wherever for anyone to later come into contact with that surface or the improper, at best, disposal of masks is a huge problem. I would guess that a huge majority of those wearing masks wear, handle a no dispose of them improperly and looking at it logically could easily have spread more than they prevented. It is simply he rule of unintended consequences and governments are notorious for creating more problems that they solve with their knee jerk “solutions”.

The CDC said kids needed masks while outdoors playing or playing sports. A lie. The CDC said vaccinated people needed to wear masks. You repeated that mantra. Another lie. The CDC said children should be vaccinated, but the danger posed by SARS-CoV2 to children borders on the non-existent, and vaccines (all medicines in fact) are not tested on children. Another misstatement, arguably a lie. The CDC said you can still get the virus after getting the vaccine. A lie. The CDC said don't wear masks, then wear masks everywhere, then said vaccinated need to wear masks, then said vaccinated don't need to wear masks.
