Anyone in the know have any idea what the chances of the vax mandate being halted are for PA? I'm going to lose both my assistants and a housekeeper if it goes through. Our activities dept will be down to 1 person. I think our company is saying you must have the first shot by Dec 3rd so you are fully vaxxed by Jan 4th. They are not sure if people who are refusing will be let go Dec 3rd or not till Jan 4th. Going to be a total clusterfuck for all healthcare facilities

They need to put in for a religious exemption. The mandate has very little chance of being overturned. The company I'm employed with is allowing me to work until the 4th and then they're considering me as having resigned. So, no unemployment benefits. Pretty ****** way to treat people. I'm awaiting a decision on my request and if denied, I'll get the shot and roll the dice on my health. We're a single income family and I have a kid in a private university, so I can't afford to lose my job.

Again, thank you Floggy for pointing me to this wonderful report updated weekly. There's a reason most states aren't posting this type of detail - because these types of results are inside.
Cases:
From Oct 27 (see prior post) to Nov 2:
- 3,963 cases - Fully vaccinated (29.8%)
- 452 cases - Partially vaccinated (3%)
- 8,863 cases - unvaccinated (66.7%)
Deaths:
From 10/5 (see prior post) to 10/12
- 39 deaths - fully vaccinated (23.2%)
- 4 deaths - partially vaccinated (2.3%)
- 125 deaths - unvaccinated (74.4%)

I have a serious question for people like @madinsomniac @ZonaBurgh and others who might have medical/researcher type insight.
I have posted for months and months data from countries, states and counties comparing the rates among the vaccinated and the non-vaccinated. In most of those comparisons, it is broken out by Fully Vaxed, Partially Vaxed, and Unvaxed, like:
Every time...not some of the time, but EVERY time...the partially vaxed population is faring better statistically than the fully vaxed population.

This is huge. HUGE. While we see cases rising among the vaccinated, the CDC is forced to admit through FOIA....the naturally immune don't spread Covid.

My firm, on behalf of ICAN, asked the CDC for precisely this proof (see below). ICAN wanted to see proof of any instance in which someone who previously had COVID-19 became reinfected with and transmitted the virus to someone else. The CDC’s incredible response is that it does not have a single document reflecting that this has ever occurred. Not one. (See below.)
In contrast, there are endless documents reflecting cases of vaccinated individuals becoming infected with and transmitting the virus to others. Such as this study. And this study. And this study. And this study. It goes on and on…
But it gets worse. The CDC’s excuse for not having a shred of evidence of the naturally immune transmitting the virus is that “this information is not collected.” What?! No proof! But yet the CDC is actively crushing the rights of millions of naturally immune individuals in this country if they do not get the vaccine on the assumption they can transmit the virus. But despite clear proof the vaccinated spread the virus, the CDC lifts restrictions on the vaccinated?! That is dystopian.
The facts about natural immunity are simple. Every single peer reviewed study has found that the naturally immune have far greater than 99% protection from having COVID-19, and this immunity does not wane. In contrast, the COVID-19 vaccine provides, at best, 95% protection and this immunity wanes rapidly. I am no mathematician, but a constant 99% seems preferable to a 95% that quickly drops. And, while the vaccinated readily transmit the virus, not so for the naturally immune.
The lesson yet again is not that health authorities should never make mistakes. They will. It happens. The lesson is that civil and individual rights should never be contingent upon a medical procedure. Everyone, the naturally immune or otherwise, who wants to get vaccinated and boosted should be free to do so. But nobody should be coerced by the government to partake in any medical procedure.

You have two issues. First osha mandate - court hold so who knows. Second, CMS mandate for healthcare. If your facility takes govt funds then the cms mandate applies and there zero way your company is loosing out of those funds.
If the vaccines worked, cases wouldn't be rising and we wouldn't have more deaths/cases this year than last.
