Here is what I believe, as someone that has worked in medicine since the mid 70's; this product was rolled out when the world really didn't know what they were dealing with and was released initially with overall good intentions.
But, because of the perceived emergency, it was released on the public without the required FDA protocol stages, that fact cannot be argued.
Whether it helped or not can be debated, but as more and more information is released it's become apparent to most that it does have some significant drawbacks.
Now, from my standpoint, if you wish to continue annual boosters, knock yourself out. However, you do not have the right to infringe on individual or parental rights if they disagree with you. It's really that simple.
I also believe that Pfizer, Moderna and J&J haven't been transparent on data they had but chose not to share. Anyone seeking damages should be allowed to pursue that.
