wait. hol'up a second - you said just a couple pages back that there was no "waning issue". To advise you, before you make another feeble attempt to be smart, a "waning issue" is efficacy. So now, on page 315, you're admitting that thevaccineshot has an efficacy issue. And, in the same sentence, you say that boosters (plural) addresses and "fix" the issue. Yet if it needed to be "fixed" it wouldnt be a true vaccine. If it worked, as it was hailed to by the dementia patient you voted for, a booster wouldn't be needed. Let alone boosters. We're on the third booster now... and many of us can see that there are more coming over the horizon. Thisvaccineshot is exactly what Berenson said, and you've admitted as much without even realizing it. Congratulations, champ. You played yourself.

UPDATED. 'If you get the Pfizer vax, you're more likely to get COVID': Industry analyst flags FDA study - LifeSite
'So, when they weren’t injected, their infection rate was 1.3% and when they got injected, it was 4.34%. It went up by over 300%,’ Pfizer ex-employee Karen Kingston stated. ‘They had less infection when they had no protection. So, that’s a problem.’www.lifesitenews.com
Remember how I’ve been saying from the get go that the Pharm companies routinely lie and misrepresent Data… apparently the FDA is aware and complicit….
#pandemic of the vaccinated..
I’m not familiar with the supposed Rittenhous lies, I am confident they’re irrelevant to why he was charged with a crime. Regardless, we’re discussing the Covid vaccine. Where are they wrong pointing out Berensons misrepresentations?Where are the politifact corrections on the Kyle Rittenhouse lies from the left… or the now disproven steel dossier? Isn’t it weird that they all lean left on every hot button issue and only factcheck to the rights on utterly neutral issues to appear unbiased. I mean the mental gymnastics they do to prove or disprove something are disingenuous at the best… its bullshit that few moderates believe anymore…
As a hater of both parties they both are wrong more often than right… when ypu have a source perpetually siding with one side, especially as agendas flip flop from left to right, its biased and worthless…
Also there were two studies… the german one had among the conclusions that the vaccine was causing a lower immunity
Read your own factcheck on the english one… they are dismissing it because it was only England not the whole uk…, which doesn’t change tge results
Also they ignore that tge study was people under 60 when they try to make the claim that more older people are vaccinated so thats why its so high…
The numbers for both studies were 30ish percent higher in under 60 deaths for the vaccinated than the unvaccinated…
Politifail is a liberal spin factory… thats what the facts say
You are being obtuse, and you know it. You know there is an issue with efficacy waning as it's been documented by the CDC. So bury your head in the sand, and wait for your ******* prom.Nope. I’ve always said the vaccines remain highly effective against severe illness and hospitalization. In that regard there is no waning issue.
Please post multiple reliable links. Where are you getting any of this? And still you ignore that in past MRNA vaccine attempts that failed miserably in or before phase 3 clinical testing such as pancreatic cancer and HIV, there were several excessively dangerous long term effects that were present… not one of which has been disproven and in fact some have serious red flags
We know that the spike protein affects the heart cells… aand while some unlucky few see immediate heart swelling, it’s affecting everyone and nobody knows whT that means ten years down the road
We know the non clinical, observational study that they used to ok pregnant people getting the vaccine was utterly discredited because of faulty math and logic… it was biased from the get go.. thats huge because two of the potential side effects had to do with miscarriages and offspring being immune deficient against tge covid virus… both of which were seen in rat tests in earlier mrna studies…
That doesn’t mean that this will happen here, but they should have damn well tested it better before shoveling down the breeding population
We also know before the vaccine was shown to wane Fauci himself warned about leaky vaccines leading to massive problems before changing his tune once breakthroughs became common
We also know that both covid and the vaccines both cause damage to the process the body uses to repair dna, but this is thought to be temporary… but if boosters are needed perpetually it will lead to one of a dozen horrible things down the road
Why can’t you just admit that this was a gamble that wasn’t worth it, especially since they could have sent an extra billion to any of the standard vaccine labs and had a standard vaccine out by late spring or early summer at the worse…
In the one about the uk study specifically the fact that they call it out for saying the study is from the uk then pointing out the data is from England only doesn’t change the resultsI’m not familiar with the supposed Rittenhous lies, I am confident they’re irrelevant to why he was charged with a crime. Regardless, we’re discussing the Covid vaccine. Where are they wrong pointing out Berensons misrepresentations?
my gosh ive posted the pre vaccine and post vaccine oxford papers here before… im guessing you don’t read scientific journal paper through huh? Please post multiple reliable links. Where are you getting any of this?
then you're even more ignorant than you've previously illustrated.Nope. I’ve always said the vaccines remain highly effective against severe illness and hospitalization. In that regard there is no waning issue.
I heard an interesting radio discussion last week where Fauci was a huge advocate for an AIDS vaccine back in the early 80s. It didn't pan out but he kept pushing and pushing for it. Thankfully for those affected by the disease others created a treatment to fight it.![]()
Fauci says vast majority of vaccinated Americans should get a COVID-19 booster
Top U.S. infectious disease official Dr. Anthony Fauci said on Tuesday the vast majority of Americans who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 should receive a booster shot, and that an additional dose could eventually become the country's standard for determining who is fully vaccinated.www.reuters.com
NEW YORK, Nov 23 (Reuters) - Top U.S. infectious disease official Dr. Anthony Fauci said on Tuesday the vast majority of Americans who have been vaccinated against COVID-19 should receive a booster shot, and that an additional dose could eventually become the country's standard for determining who is fully vaccinated.
Fauci and other disease experts have said they expect that COVID-19 will transition this spring from a pandemic phase in the United States to an endemic disease, meaning that the virus will continue to circulate at a lower level, causing smaller, less disruptive but still significant outbreaks in the coming years. read more
But some are expressing new concern over a rise in U.S. infections in recent weeks, a trend that is likely to accelerate as more Americans travel and gather for U.S. Thanksgiving this week and other upcoming holidays.
"We'd like to get as many people who were originally vaccinated with the first regimen boosted," Fauci said in an interview for the upcoming Reuters Next conference.
Asked to quantify, he said, the "overwhelming majority" of Americans who have been fully vaccinated should now receive a COVID-19 booster shot based on data showing they provide "substantial" protection beyond what is seen from the original inoculation.
To date, about 33 million Americans have received a booster dose. The government recently expanded eligibility for an additional shot to all U.S. adults. read more
Studies from Israel and other countries have shown that vaccine protection wanes over time. While data first suggested that was mostly a problem in the elderly, there is newer evidence that it occurs among all age groups, Fauci said.
"That's the reason why we're very keen on getting as many people who are originally vaccinated to get a booster ... because they really do work," he said.
As experience with COVID-19 vaccines grows, it is conceivable that the definition of a "full and complete regimen" in the United States would comprise three doses of the mRNA vaccines from Pfizer (PFE.N)/BioNTech and Moderna (MRNA.O) and two doses of the Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.N) vaccine, he said, similar to what some other countries have done.
"Right now, officially, fully vaccinated equals two shots of the mRNA and one shot of the J&J, but without a doubt that could change," he said. "That's on the table for discussion."

Dr. Anthony Fauci discusses COVID-19 challenges, successes, and next steps
Anthony S. Fauci, MD, delivered the Martin Memorial Lecture during the opening ceremony of the virtual ACS Clinical Congress 2021.www.facs.org
As for booster shots, Dr. Fauci said, "In Israel, which is about a month ahead of us with this, it shows that the rate of infection following a boost was lower by 11-fold compared to the non-booster group, and the rate of severe illness was diminished by a factor of almost 20-fold with the booster."
Immunity from the vaccines appears to be waning over time, Dr. Fauci said. He noted that six to eight months after vaccination, effectiveness against infection has diminished, according to the cohort studies that have addressed waning immunity. Further, effectiveness against hospitalization may be waning in some cohorts, as well.
"The real question is going to remain, 'Is the booster shot a commodity—is it sort of a bonus—or is it really necessary?' The thinking now is leaning much more towards the fact that the booster shot may actually be part of the original vaccine regimen," Dr. Fauci said.
He concluded his lecture by addressing the current disparity in vaccine distribution throughout the world: "At the same time as you talk about boosts, you have to talk about the responsibility of getting the rest of the world vaccinated. The United States takes that very seriously," he said.

Israel says Pfizer Covid vaccine is just 39% effective as delta spreads, but still prevents severe illness
Pfizer and BioNTech's Covid-19 vaccine is just 39% effective against delta in Israel, but still provides strong protection against severe illness and hospitalization.www.cnbc.com
Pfizer and BioNTech’s Covid-19 vaccine is just 39% effective in Israel where the delta variant is the dominant strain, but still provides strong protection against severe illness and hospitalization, according to a new report from the country’s Health Ministry.
The efficacy figure, which is based on an unspecified number of people between June 20 and July 17, is down from an earlier estimate of 64% two weeks ago and conflicts with data out of the U.K. that found the shot was 88% effective against symptomatic disease caused by the variant.
However, the two-dose vaccine still works very well in preventing people from getting seriously sick, demonstrating 88% effectiveness against hospitalization and 91% effectiveness against severe illness, according to the Israeli data published Thursday.
“We have to be mindful that, with time, the effectiveness of these vaccines may wane,” said Dr. Isaac Bogoch, an infectious disease professor at the University of Toronto.

New England Journal of Medicine claims a wane in efficacy
Results
Among persons 60 years of age or older, the rate of infection in the July 11–31 period was higher among persons who became fully vaccinated in January 2021 (when they were first eligible) than among those fully vaccinated 2 months later, in March (rate ratio, 1.6; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.3 to 2.0). Among persons 40 to 59 years of age, the rate ratio for infection among those fully vaccinated in February (when they were first eligible), as compared with 2 months later, in April, was 1.7 (95% CI, 1.4 to 2.1). Among persons 16 to 39 years of age, the rate ratio for infection among those fully vaccinated in March (when they were first eligible), as compared with 2 months later, in May, was 1.6 (95% CI, 1.3 to 2.0). The rate ratio for severe disease among persons fully vaccinated in the month when they were first eligible, as compared with those fully vaccinated in March, was 1.8 (95% CI, 1.1 to 2.9) among persons 60 years of age or older and 2.2 (95% CI, 0.6 to 7.7) among those 40 to 59 years of age; owing to small numbers, the rate ratio could not be calculated among persons 16 to 39 years of age.
Conclusions
These findings indicate that immunity against the delta variant of SARS-CoV-2 waned in all age groups a few months after receipt of the second dose of vaccine.

Use of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine...
This report describes ACIP’s standard recommendation for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in persons 16 years or older.www.cdc.gov
The estimated efficacy of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in the phase II/III clinical trial was based on outcomes that occurred ≥7 days after receipt of the second dose. The demographic characteristics of participants, including age and race, published in December 2020 (5), have not changed substantially since initial enrollment. Efficacy in preventing symptomatic, laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 in persons aged ≥16 years without evidence of previous SARS-CoV-2 infection was 91.1% (Table 1). No hospitalizations were reported for confirmed COVID-19 in the vaccinated group and 31 confirmed COVID-19–associated hospitalizations in the placebo group, yielding an estimated vaccine efficacy of 100% against COVID-19 hospitalization. One death attributed to COVID-19 occurred in the vaccinated group and six in the placebo group, resulting in a vaccine efficacy of 83.3% against death attributed to COVID-19. The clinical trial did not routinely collect specimens to test for asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection. Observational data were available for all beneficial outcomes assessed. The pooled vaccine effectiveness estimates from observational studies were 92.4% for prevention of symptomatic, laboratory-confirmed COVID-19; 94.3% against COVID-19–related hospitalization; 96.1% against death attributed to COVID-19; and 89.3% against asymptomatic SARS-CoV-2 infection. Although some studies covered recent periods, most follow-up time occurred before widespread circulation of the SARS-CoV-2 B.1.617.2 (Delta) variant.

What We Know So Far About Waning Vaccine Effectiveness
Vaccines still offer strong protection against severe Covid-19, but many studies show their protection against infection decreases over time. How much that decline matters is up for debate.www.nytimes.com
In fact, many studies show that the vaccines remain more than 50 percent effective at preventing infection, the level that all Covid vaccines had to meet or exceed to be authorized by the Food and Drug Administration back in 2020. But the significance of these declines in effectiveness — and whether they suggest all adults should be eligible for a booster shot — is still up for debate.
Each of the three studies showed a different rate of decline in vaccine effectiveness, which can vary in studies depending on factors including location, the study’s methods and any behavior differences between those who have been vaccinated and the unvaccinated.

obviously no one consulted with Flog, as he would have be say aint no Bruce Wayne in effsay
seems to me that Flog is spreading misinformation, when there are proven facts stating the exact opposite of ze's ill-advised opinion.
Haven’t posted since last week, you reach out to me to say you’ll be absent, and I’m the one that’s obsessed?
Your point would make sense if there hadn’t been a much greater uptick in unvaccinated cases.
Do you think you’ll kill as many deer with your long gun as you did people with your Covid?
So what’s going on with Covid in Israel? Tim shut the **** up about Israel a long time ago. Have the vaccines failed them?
Nope. I’ve always said the vaccines remain highly effective against severe illness and hospitalization. In that regard there is no waning issue.

ThThis **** is veering out of control here in Europe, yet again. Particularly Central Europe. Like ******* Groundhog Day. Cases skyrocketing, chunk of the population wearing tinfoil hats spewing conspiracies, refusing to get vaccinated. Boom! Austria just went to a full, two-week lockdown. Everything shut down, stores, bars, restaurants closed. Slovakia just announced the same. They too are going to a full, two-week lockdown, everything shut down. Here in Hungary, it's back up to 10k+ new cases a day. Mandatory facemasks at all indoor premises, including public transport, stores, bars & cafes. Since this government mimics whatever Austria's doing, we're presuming a newer shutdown is around the corner. Which is gonna suck mightily for Christmas holidays and businesses. Seems like it's never going to end. Each round, same ****. Numbers go up, then down, then back up, then down. Wave after wave after wave. I pray this doesn't hit the States after Thanksgiving. If you guys stateside are heading in this same direction, brace for the worse. Stay safe, folks.
