Was he hurt last year ?

I researched.. a meniscus issue. Probably didn’t like the surgical results.

All I can think of is all those free agents who walked out the door in Baltimore because the team didn’t have the cap space and now, they have extra cash. Since new contracts haven’t been signed yet, do any of those temporarily ex players decide to do an about face and renegotiate with Baltimore or do they try to flip players who have verbally committed to other teams.

Verbal contracts can be binding... though the league hasnt penalized players who back out before... the trade thing is a different story if its proven the Ravebs arent being totally honest about it, they may lose those picks and the player.. but dont hold your breath for that
 
I wonder if Lamar is behind this. OL is falling apart. Lost Likely and Kolar at TE. Henry may be close to hitting the wall. Maybe Lamar threw a fit, wanting more offensive help.

Lamar is his own agent which could mean it would be difficult to get him to renegotiate for a cap friendlier deal. Maybe he’s holding the ravens hostage until he gets his way.
 
Lamar has the ravens in a bind. Is a restructure simple when he doesn’t have an agent?

Maybe. As they did commit to him so I would think those physicals will have to be shared.

I would think it would be easier, none of their “I’ll talk to my client” bull-****.

There is always that chance that Lamar identifies in second person mode…………..

Nah, this is even better... because of the Crosby hit, they had to let all those Ufas go.. now they gotvthere 1 back, but need a high end pass rusher, another top wr, a starting Center, another two Tes, a RB, and upgrades at DB and OL too...one pick isnt fixing that... they have a ton of picks, but mostly 5th-7th rounders that bust like 90% of the time...

this was my first reaction.....buyers remorse. These trades are usually contingent on the player passing a physical so who knows if any penalties will actually be handed down.
 
First, fuuck the Rats.

This is an amazing turn of events with many ripples, and all affected will cry that they were hurt.

This is gonna be a shitshow.
