Cuts around the NFL

31 years old, 5'8"
pass

Bucs trade Tim Wright for the 2nd preseason in a row, this time to the Lions. Lol, if he ends up on the Bucs roster again, his situation will officially become hilarious

shiet Jennings is arguably much better than blake anyday anytime of the week and he is a proven playmaker!!!!

Jennings would be a better safety than "I am hurt all the time" Mithcell, sign Jennings and demote Mitchell.....mitchell so far has been a terrible signing!!!

CHICAGO - The Bears announced the release of veteran two-time Pro Bowl cornerback Tim Jennings' contract Sunday.

Jennings underwent knee surgery in the offseason, which limited his involvement in the Bears' voluntary workout program.

A 10-year NFL veteran, Jennings signed a four-year, $22.4 million extension on Jan. 2, 2014.

He led the NFL in interceptions in 2012 with nine, tied for second-most in one season in Bears history.

Jennings' $4.4 million 2015 base salary is guaranteed.

Lets not fall for the interception stat... We don't have a pass rush so their won't be rush or errand throws that'll provide opportunity for interceptions.

apparently we here at Steelernation do not want him because he isnt big enough... pro bowls and interceptions are overrated, its all size... not how you use it

Fred Jackson cut by the Bills

Cowboys should be all over Jackson. I hope the Pats don't grab him.

Fred Jackson cut by the Bills

From ESPN:
In surprising move, Bills cut jackson

RB Fred Jackson was released by Buffalo today, according to multiple media reports. Jackson has been in the Bills' backfield since 2007, but has not rushed for 1,000 yards since 2009.

20X better option than Archer or Harris if he isnt demanding a starters role

Buh Byes too Josh Harris... Hello to Fred Jackson.. I would agree to this signing

Hell, I've been hoping we would sign Pierre Thomas and cut Harris.

The Cards signed Chris Johnson, but Jackson is a much better player.

Bills cut CB Ross Cockrell. Weren't a lot us huffing and puffing for this kid when the Steelers picked Dri Archer? Anyway, he's on the open market...

bring in Fred !

Would solidify the RB position.

We have enough offense

We should be looking for starters in the secondary from other teams' cuts.

"Historically bad defense" - that's what Eddy B says
