Dear Mike

Back to Tomlin would anyone trade for him???Really? Yes, winning season so what the Jets, Falcons, Washington who? Tomlin says all about winning but really playoffs and moving on from game one is the standard today. Seasons of 8-7 9-8 whatever, means what and Tomlin has had some good talent on this team. Just seems to be the time for some fresh attitudes.

My opinion is that Tomlin gets extended, but of course in no way does that make it valid.

These Pittsburgh writers better not let Tomlin off the hook for walking away from the podium. He is paid to take the heat when HIS team loses and glory when they win. If he's that fragile to take some heavy questions then he doesn't have to mental strength to lead a professional football team. That's some weak sauce coach...bush league.
Weak sauce and bush league....says it all right there. ALL. Are you listening, Deuce?

DK Daily Shot, had an exact segment on that this morning. It’s an eye opener and NOT what you think. If you get a chance, YouTube has it. Just search DK Daily Shot Steelers.

Salute the nation

Listening to the national media, absolutely teams would trade for him.

Let's think of this logically...

Let's assume Mike Tomlin is nearing the end with the Steelers based on Jay Glazers comments. Let's also assume Tomlin has a team(s) in mind that he'd like to go to. Why would Tomlin agree to a trade to the team of his choosing, knowing that the team he is heading too is giving up critical draft picks that he needs to rebuild "his" team? Why not play out this year's contract and at the end, step away to a comfy media position if the team(s) he wishes to go to aren't available at the moment?

As much as we want to fantasize about a trade and receiving high draft picks, it's just not going to happen.

I don't think a trade is going to happen, but Tomlin is stubborn, and would think he could still make the team he's going to a winnner regardless of what they are giving up to get him, plus he and the team he's going to isn't expecting Super Bowl year 1.

Not the Olympic but there seemed to be indications as though the Titanic was intentionally sunk by JP Morgan and White Star (and Capt. Smith) for the insurance money and to start the Fed (the Creature from Jekyll Island). I wouldn't put it past them.
