So, Canadian oil production will move west, east or south, because that is what happens to fungible assets. The south has been ruled out because of crony capitalism. So the same oil will go west or east. China or the east coast will get cheaper oil, but Warren Buffet's railway is protected. Great to see the Midwest getting moved away from the Koch brothers!!
