As negatives pile up on Hillary’s doorstep, the Democratic left is flocking to Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. According to Quinnipiac, Sanders has gone from 4% of the Democratic primary vote in April to 8% in April to 15% in their May 28 survey.

While Hillary still has 57% of the primary vote (down from 60% last month), Sanders is moving up fast. The Vermont Senator is eclipsing former Maryland governor Martin O’Malley, former Virginia senator Jim Webb, and former Rhode Island governor Lincoln Chaffee, each of whom gets only 1% of the vote.

Among self-described “very liberal Democrats,” Hillary leads Sanders by only 61-28.

While Hillary flirts with the Pacific Rim trade treaty and the Keystone pipeline, both strongly opposed by the left, Sanders is gaining by hammering away with strongly liberal positions

heh

a socialist Jew that backs Israel, this should be fun

The dems don't have much to pick from. I mean Hilary is just down right arrogant and doesn't really give a **** about anything or anyone.

Sanders I hope becomes their version of Ross Perot.

Crazy-B is this election cycles Howard Dean.

Just what we need, a self professed socialist/communist. Hell no! Go to Greece if you want to live under what this loon professes.

I have friends on both sides of the isle. The most liberal love Sanders. Sanders is building momentum. Hillary does not have Bill's political savvy or speaking ability. Things stick to her, and she can;t talk or charm her way out of it. Sanders could easily put her in a compromised positon if he chooses.

The danger is what if Sanders wins their nomination, and wins the election? One must be very careful what they wish for.

My hope is Sanders marks Clinton up, then runs as a 3rd party man, taking away 10-15% of those who would have voted for Clinton, and the GOP wins.

It would be nice if Sanders and Paul ran as third parties, pulling votes from the DNC and GOP. The reality is that, the liberals would pile on to the Dem ticket and conservatives would end up ******. Again. They probably are anyway, though.

aint Bernie an old, white man that we needed to get away from for the previous two administrations?

I wish Paul would go away. He just will not do well with women and is an easy media target. I like the man, just saying....

As for Sanders, I hope some people fill his campaign pockets. Hillary Clinton has too many negatives on her, ( Age, health, political scandals , flip -flops ), which will be fair targets since she's ahem white.
