Replacing a OC or single consul-coach does nothing. In some eyes, we have a top 3-5 HC, we don’t. He has worn very thin with his superior interviews yet can’t back them up. Teams ill prepared, fundamentals deficient, scheme players out, time management, red flag process, on and on and on…………………………..

I keep thinking / wanting / hoping there will be a little better common sense coaching / structure…… it never happens.

I have to watch and accept what transpires onto the field of play, but it is harder and harder.

Just ranting along in the weather delay.

The initial gameplan is far superior and overall the play selection is very much improved on the O.

I think with some offseason upgrades we can be better..

The D issues are never leaving until Tomlin retires
 
You can’t give MT and crew this much time to make adjustments. You can’t.

Just wait for the 32-0 run we go on now

Great post. So many of us here agree 100%.
 
At least we re out gaining them.
 
Can we hope for an apple TO here or a 3 and out? Fingers crossed.
 
The good news is the delay gave the Cards owner and GM time to go down to the locker room and tell the coach if they win, he is getting fired lol
 
They seem to be getting 6 or 7 yards per run now.
 
Let’s see if the defense and special teams can get out of its own way, so many undisciplined penalties, a common theme on a shades team
