Draft Day 3

TMC... What is the scoop on Xavier Woods? Safety from Louisiana Tech?

Man! There is pile of OLinemen on the board... maybe a run on those guys would be good.

Who are the three best 3-4 DE's left on the board?

Is there a long snapper who reads to children? That may be the pick in this character first draft.

Hopefully, Hodges is there. Great athlete and size.

Okay, if we want another DB, Jaylen Myrick is a guy we visited. Brian Allen is a former WR playing corner, raw, but has the athletic traits. Jadar Johnson is your top S. If they want another edge, Ifeadi Odnigbo, Carroll Phillips, or Hunter Dimick. Josh Harvey-Clemons is a $backer. Jarron Jones or DJ Jones are here.

My choice would be Elijah Qualls, a NT that can give some push in the pass game. Someone to help Hargrave.

I really think depth on the DL is value here.

Brian Allen, the big corner from Utah.

There is your big DB, 6027-215 pounds. He ran a 4.48 forty, had a 4.18 shuttle at his pro day, VJ of 38", BJ of 10'07". Athletic, former WR, flipped to CB. Really good at contacting receivers, opening, and running with them. Little zone experience and developing as a tackler.

Bucky Hodges is a nice value here.

Project for Carnell Lake

Sounds good. Great size, speed and agility.

That's a good pick in the 5th. Dude has a ton of upside and has all of the physical traits. Maybe a practice squad guy for a year but you never know.
