Now, to answer your question, my point was not that dead people voting has been relevant to election outcomes, it was simply noted that dead people have voted.
With that in mind, it's noted that people who never requested a ballot are receiving them, and in some cases, multiple ballots. If there are over 18,000 dead people on voter records in Virgina dating back to 1960
(this is a fact) then there is potential for 18,000 ballots mailed to the address on record for those dead people. If even half of those people recieving said ballots fills them in, it could influence an election. The fact of the matter is that mail in voting is new, and we really don't have data on fraud just yet.
