Elliott has a hamstring

All true. But, My guess if you go look at every team they have similar.
injuries.

I follow sports strength & conditioning a lot. Something I’ve noticed in a trend at the college and pro level is their improper footwear. Small details like that seem benign but do turn into issues over a career

Not arguing but you would have to look at the data. Are the Steelers suffering from more of these types of injuries then average. Are there other factors like practicing outdoors in climate to get advantage of being acclimatized.

I of course blame Tomblin.
Well it is stupid dumb Tomblin’s strength and conditioning guy and training staff

Obviously stupid dumb Tomblin didn’t do enough load management for George, he knew it was a problem with his workload as early as the Dallas game but kept strutting the old chap out there without proper load management in the games after Dallas, then bingo bango bongo hammy strainy due to Tomblin’s small brainy

Stupid dumb Tomblin strikes again, of course the even older chap Elliot that plays even more snaps would require more load management…stupid dumb Tomblin

If Tomlin was serious about winning he would have given his hamstrings to GP and Elliott. How long can this continue? Rooney obviously doesn't care as long as the money keeps rolling in.

Another factor is athletes today. Especially in football seem to be too fine tuned at their position.

Other factors I can think of is playing on grass compared to turf etc.
