Disappointing again. Proud of the offense for putting up 20+ points for the third time this year. Defense really gotta step up more, that was just unacceptable. 125 penalty yards in insane!! ‪#‎WorkHARDER

I haven't gotten there yet, though Im pretty young. I was busy breaking **** about 30 minutes ago ( had to watch the game late). **** I'm pissed.

Only thing that is OK right now is that its playoff time in Pittsburgh, and there is no better time than that. Let's Go Bucs!

Dude, I can't even read the post. Tomlin's gotta go. Seriously, 6 penalties for 15 yards, more sacks than TB's had all year, key false starts. We r soooo un-disciplined it's not even funny. But, hey, at least the coach is consider, "a friend" by the players. C'mon man! We've become a standing joke. Image, discipline, character, toughness - where is it? I mean for more than 1 week.

Whoo, hoo! Congrats team. I'm now the lucky recipient of every jagoff in the tri-state area who cheers for cleveland, cincinnatti and balti-morons on how embarrassing we are. So let me guess, Mike Tomlin, "Um, we're not happy, we have to improve, it's not acceptable, blah, blah, blah, f'*n blah!" Same sh*t, different season. Pull the string Rooney's. You deserve better.

I did the right thing and didn't watch the game so I could watch my daughter play field hockey.
She ended up scoring the only goal in the game. I would have seriously regretted had I watched the Steelers game instead of hers.

Dude, even if by some accident if we'd pulled out a win today, I'd preferred the field hockey.

I have to seriously consider how much I want to emotionally invest to this football team until they correct what needs to be corrected. I swear I am going to have heart issues cuz I bleed black and gold thru and thru. This feeling isn't worth any passion you can have. I don't have a problem getting beat but to watch this team lose the same way every time since the playoff debacle in Denver is not worth the effort. I don't hate Tomlin and I don't hate Lebeau but if your watching this and think that they aren't a huge part of the problem then you are blind. Im sick of it. This proud franchise used to hold people to a standard, I guess now its acceptable to lose the same way all of the time. I need to find a way not to care until they do.

I feel your pain, and agree. Sadly, we don't have the same ownwrship like we did years ago. Art III is basically in charge now. I lknew when it came down to him it would be the down fall. He looks at the bottom line, how much $$$ can I get out of it.

I think your onto something. Money is the drive.

Salute the nation

That sums up the problem. The team has young players who want the praise but when the going gets tough, they ***** up.

That's exactly right. It's look at me look at me during the game, but not so much after a difficult loss.

Wait...Blount is proud of the offense putting up 24 points against Tampa? The same team that Atlanta just dropped fitty-six on?

Atlanta scored 56 only because they stopped running their offense after the 3rd quarter - they scored 35 in the 1st half and 56 by the end of the 3rd quarter, and could have scored 70 if they wanted to.

when was the last time the Steelers put up 50+ on anyone? 24 points at home should be enough for the W. It used to be enough. Oh, and we did play TB and their HOF back-up QB.

Sad, isn't it?

Sad, isn't it?

It is just unbelievable. The Pittsburgh Steelers are unable to beat a horrendous, overmatched, very limited Tampa Bay team, coming off a demolition 10 days earlier, with several players hurt, at home.

Kind of like the San Diego embarrassment in 2012, or the Titans in 2013, or two times in 2 seasons to the god-awful @#%&ing Raiders.

I believe I am sensing a trend here ...

Steelers games used to mean so much to me. If they lost, I felt bad for most of the week. Starting with the GB Super Bowl, I found myself just not caring as much. I wasn't really even that upset that they lost. Yeah, I was disgusted during the game. But after it was over, that was it. I didn't really give it another thought.

At the same time, the game was really starting to change with all the new rules to make playing defense impossible. On top of that, the Steelers were starting to sink into mediocrity. Now, I still watch the games. I still get irritated when they don't play well. But I'm over it. Today it's behind me. Next week I'll watch and hope for the best. I'll be happy if they win, but I won't think it means they are any good. I guess I'm becoming kind of a fair weather fan. It's a combination of Goodell ruining the game and me just getting older and having other worries/interests.

I have made a vow to myself -- I will never let the Steelers ruin my week again.

To me the game is changing alot, but that doesn't necessarily make it not fun. It's just DIFFERENT. I can handle a different type of game. Its still alot of fun to me.

that is a locker room cancer kind of quote

Everyone on this board should stop emotionally investing and start financially investing. My point is we have insider information in the NFL stock market, every time our beloved Steelers play a pathetic piece of crap bottom feeding team put your money down on that team and take the points they are getting...hell take the money line if you want to because we'll usually find a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory when playing these scrubs. I used to have a policy of never betting against the Steelers, but in the modern Tombert era you just have to in these situations. I'm telling you a few hundred bucks in your pocket does help take the sting out of the repeated shitbagedness we are witnessing.

I guess you're loading the boat on Jacksonville this week for sure, then.

Gotta feel like we can't tank 2 in a row. Staying away from this one, I'd take the points if playing the line, but not the money line. Think the Jags could back door the cover late in a game that's closer than it should be.

The game sad to say is about stats for fantasy football. Teams at one time gave home towns some pride, meant something to WIN not look good on paper. I once was emotionally involve because they gave me pride in coming from Pittsburg. The game has become who is getting fined, suspended or whatever off the field can be reported. You see fans come late leave early, Watered down game with to much stoppage of play to talk over a flag or review the play. The entertainment factor or value is even suspect.

I can't wait for this season to end, a year closer to getting rid of coach cool shades.

took STEELERS and won.

I get tired of the ****, also. BUT I will always be here, watching, and cheering. Not happy with a TON of the players/coaches, but....
