Steelers went from a culture of winning to a culture of mediocrity in 10 years and apparently no one but the fans and former players can see it. Time for ownership and coaching staff to look at themselves and decide what being a Pittsburgh Steeler means in the 2020's. It used to mean tough, smash-mouthed football... winning seasons and success... pride. Running the ball down the opponent's throat and imposing our will on them. Steelers had leaders on both sides of the ball and in the coaching rooms -- and in the ownership suite too.
Now it's Tik Tok and Look-At-Me attitudes while a few labor away at football, not able to carry it all on themselves. The money is still rolling in so apparently on one is in a hurry to right the sinking ship.
I've been watching since the late 60's and I don't hardly recognize my team anymore...
