Flores suing the NFL, alleges racism in coaching hiring practices.

There is no record that the Commish advised there was no proof “that it was collected illegally”.

"We wanted to take and destroy that information," he said. "They may have collected it within the rules, but we couldn't determine that. So we felt that it should be destroyed."

Ike - in an attempt to help me see things from your perspective, what about coming to a public forum to spread fallacy and commit libel do you find appealing?

He is a functional idiot with a personal agenda
Litos - how would you define "functional idiot"? Is this something that you typically label others when they ask you to substantiate claims that they know to be false? If individuals who deal in the truth are idiots, would that imply that you feel individuals who deal in lies, such as yourself, are intelligent? Is this how you feel? If so, why?

So, Flores' true beef is about "racism", huh?

Brian Flores claims, through counsel, that he didn’t get Texans job due to lawsuit

The Texans promoted their minority DC to the vacant HC position. Here's what Flores had to say about it:

“Mr. Flores is happy to hear that the Texans have hired a Black head coach, Lovie Smith, as Mr. Flores’ goal in bringing his case is to provide real opportunities for Black and minority candidates to be considered for coaching and executive positions within the NFL,” the statement reads. “However, we would be remiss not to mention that Mr. Flores was one of three finalists for the Texans’ head coach position and, after a great interview and mutual interest, it is obvious that the only reason Mr. Flores was not selected was his decision to stand up against racial inequality across the NFL.

Those who bring claims of discrimination are protected against retaliation for exercising their rights. Indeed, the second lawsuit (alleging retaliation for filing suit) often can be stronger than the first one.

If/when Flores officially claims that his lawsuit is keeping him from getting job opportunities, the Texans will have to explain and defend their decision to opt for Smith instead of Flores. If anyone admits that it had anything to do with Flores filing a lawsuit (or if any texts or emails point that way), the Texans will have a very hard time avoiding liability to Flores.

Backdoor butternut Bob is there a reason you keep spamming the board ? Is it your intention to polute the board with your agenda laced drivel? Twatwaffle gone twatwaffle.

slashsteel - wouldn't spamming a board be something that you and your friends are doing with your off-topic one word statements to follow up every post that I make? Why do you feel as though one word spamming and name-calling is ok, but when others post opinions that are supported by facts you feel as if that should be deemed spamming and drivel?

Are you able to explain your rationale?

Tears on your pillow.

There's no reason for me to "explain that". I agree with the official narrative. You're the one coming to a public forum to commit libel and claim that a conspiracy occurred. As a result, the Onus probandi is on you. We don't know the details of what lead to the NFL imposing sanctions against the Pats. You can continue to fabricate stories due to your personal bias, but that doesn't change the fact that there is no proof of what you claim to be true.

Are you familiar with the term 'conjecture'? In a legal sense, the term refers to guesswork, meaning it is a supposition based on theory or opinion, without substantial evidence. Conjecture is often based on the way a situation appears, rather than on solid proof.

Thanks.
Bob, if you agree with the official narrative (Belichick and the NE franchise were fined/penalized for breaking league rules), then why you do instill the need to ask for proof when it’s stated in the narrative itself? In this public form, how can I be committing a libel act to a narrative that has already been enforced? This public form entertains conjecture routinely. It is why it exists and allows conversations between board members to a variety of opinions. Sometimes to enlightenment other times to steadfast disagreement.

The whole basis of your own lame opinion is based on conjecture, because the proof you demand no longer exists because it was destroyed before it was independently examined. Therefore the “Onus” is absent, at least until if and when new evidence is presented.

No thank you is required. Your book has been read, and this game under your current moniker is over.

I opined to you how Goodell’s quote implied what you said that the Commish advised “there was no proof that it was collected illegally”. The only fallacy being spread on this topic is from you. Goodell has never stated to what you say he has (bolded). What he stated was that “They may have collected it…..but we couldn’t determine that”. Something that cannot be determined now via independent review, because the evidence itself was destroyed.

I light of the fact you are not attempting to garner an understanding to my or anyone else’s perspective, but rather to entertain your own infantile consciousness, it isn’t necessary to continually opine the statements you consider as libelous. You would do better figuring out what your next board screen name will be, if the mods allow it.
