Game Balls, Game Goats & FU's............week 6 @ Raiders....

Game balls- Watt of course. no sacks? no prob here is a cpl turnovers..
Harris- great job! he is incredible talent that I hope stays put for his career.
Center back up- Do know him, but he did not miss a beat.
Steelermann- thanks again!

Goats- anyone bitching about this game.

FUs see above

He has.

The big knocks on Fields coming in were his career record, and him being a "turnover machine." Well, he's now 4-2 with a grand total of two turnovers in six games -- one interception in 160 attempts and one lost fumble. So the haters need to find something else to complain about.

I'm not saying the Steelers are Super Bowl contenders, but given their offensive limitations, Fields affords them the best chance to win. And as long as he remains the starter and gains confidence, there is a chance he will improve as a passer, and become a legitimate long-term option at QB. I give Tomlin props for recognizing
The other knock against Fields was that he takes too many sacks.
He still does which surprised me. He’s been sacked just over 2.5 a game.
I thought it might be lower.
Whether it’s more him, or the O line, or no good #2 receiver I don’t know.

Lamar Jackson getting sacked only 7 times.
TJ and company will fix that when we play them.

Same number as CJ Stroud, 16. Fields has avoided nearly as many sacks as he's taken. And, yes, much of it is on the O line.

Deshaun Watson (31 in 6 games) would qualify for taking "too many sacks."
