Game Day Thread - Bengals vs. Steelers Part II

man Highsmith had a direct line into the backfield on that 3rd and 2 play and instead of blowing it up and taking on Perrine stood there and ended up looking at Burrow

Jesus Christ, the tackle had Highsmith in a chokehold.

The few times the offense looks good in the 1st half, it's almost like the coaches say ok yeah that's enough offense for the day, let's turtle the 2nd half...

I doubt its the glove he wore them his whole career
well ok. I stand corrected. I didnt see him hardly at all in college. We dont get a lot of Pitt games down here. If he has worn the glove his whole career, then shouldnt he be more accurate than he is? Just askin. If the glove isnt the problem, and I accept what you say-he has worn it for years, then something else is wrong because he absolutely sucks right now as far as being accurate. And hes not under pressure on all those throws. The throw to the endzone a few mins ago was way way too high. The throw to Friarmuth was way too high--he was on the run that time. Another throw afterward he threw into the ground too low. I was listening to the radio broadcast before I got home and I heard them talk about Kenny throwing behind the receiver multiple times in the first half.

That was one of my biggest concerns, onservative "turtle" ball.

This team ould be very competative if the OC play calling was ripped open and let lose, including oah Tomlin's medleing.
