Game Day Thread - Bengals vs. Steelers Part II

They still don't run the ball well, and when they do run it's predictable.
That makes it hard for any QB, let alone a rookie. This season is toast, even if they play hard, there may only be 2 more wins this year.

My boy never wishing harm on a living entity. But that doesn't mean we can't wish to have him shipped off somewhere where there is no phone and a way to return to Steelers headquarters. 😁

Coaching and execution can be horrible at the same time. I think it is universally agreed on this board that the coaching stinks and has been bad for a while. I also think they are executing poorly. This team leaves a lot of plays on the field. Would good execution overcome the scheme? Compliment it? The way this team plays, we'll probably never find out.

Sort of agree with you. But there has to be a point in time when the play is called in the huddle (and everyone hates it) they are not fully engaged and just don't execute.
I'm sure Najee breaks the huddle on 2nd and 10 and knows he is getting hit behind the line when he sees 10 guys in the box.

There are a ton of 3 and 4 loss teams right now so they better not muddle around and win 4 or 5 of the last 7 and slip out of the top 10 somehow....

Don't worry with the same play calling over and over on offense and defense, you won't have to worry about too much winning.


Flea flicker says hi and will raise you a double reverse.

I hear yaz but I'm also saying that in order for the execution to get better, ........ you guessed it..... the players need to be coached better !!!

For those wanting a higher draft pick and losing.
Tj and juju drafted at 30th.
I think the 1974 draft we picked 22nd or so.

I would rather win and pick later.

It isn't just about the first round though. It is higher in every round. I don't want to lose either but if we are going to why do it half assesed.
 
Careful what is wished for!!!

Tanking is for losers and anyone who thinks that attitude can be turned off and on like a water spigot is ****-ing nuts.
