I don't feel bad for Chicago fans. They continue to vote for these incompetent leaders so you get what you voted for.
Chicago sold the rights to all of their parking meters for something like 80 years to a private company for around a Billion dollars. That company has already made that back. Chicago's mayor tried to have meter maids not give tickets, so the company sued and won and Chicago had to pay them millions more. That's who runs things. People maxing out credit cards and pawning grandma's wedding ring to blow on something stupid.
From what I've read, most Bear fans actually like this. Most of their fans don't live in the city and from what I've read, Soldeir Field is not in a great area to visit. There's no bars or restaurants and the train is like a 20 walk to the stadium. It's not like Yankee Stadium where the train can literally drop you off.
