Harris and this offense are a poor fit

I think his injury is effecting him sure. I think he is a capable back. Not sure he will ever be that explosive back that gets you huge chunks of yardage. But he can be a move the chains type and a red zone consistent performer if he is healthy and the Oline continues to progress.
He's definitely not a speedster but he can do everything. He can put up 1,500 scrimmage yards per year easily behind a competent OL. Hell, he did it last year behind the worst OL in the league. If they improve next year, he could put up 2,000 yards but Tomlin may have finally woken up that using a 2nd back to spell your RB1 isn't a bad thing. Then again, if Najee starts playing well (even though he said he just took the plate out of his shoe, I still think they should have rested him after he got injured in week 1), he may go back to running him until his wheels fall off. Reading the article on Najee, he just kind of said he was 100% now and that he had put a steel plate in his shoe and just took it out a couple days ago. It almost sounded like he did that on his own to keep playing (the kind of tough guy he is) and Tomlin may not have known about it.
