Have you heard……. PITTSBURGH @ Cleveland game thread……………..

But Canada didn’t throw that off the mark pass to Diontae with the game on the line. Canada doesn’t keep using that same tired spin move to escape pressure that rolls right into the rush. Play calling isn’t great, but Pickett has options on every pass play, but doesn’t go through his reads.

How much of Pickett's obvious regression is due to Cana-DUH? We'll never know because .500 Mike won't replace him to see if he improves.

On the sack in the redzone right before the Steelers' field goal, Pickett had a receiver running wide open across the middle of the field. Didn't even look his way.

If we put Mitch or Mason in does anything get worse? I mean I hear everyone saying that it wouldn’t matter so what would it hurt? I think Mitch or Mason can probably throw for 94 yards today…

What era is that? The 80’s lol the 90’s lol? Some of us are old enough to know you are full of ****.
Right. Winning ugly and losing to lesser competition goes all the way back to Noll (except for maybe during the 70’s (and a few stacked teams). Anyone remember the loss to the Tommy Maddox Game where we lost to the Texans?

He took a sack when they were getting close to field goal range on one of the drives.

For the love of god try someone else.
Who is there to try? Mason Rudolph would have been sacked ten times. Mitch Tribusky hasn't met an opposing DB he hasn't thrown the ball to. KP is playing really badly but until Canada is gone, I can't give up on him.

On an important note....Is @CoolieMan still alive? He keeps saying the Steelers are trying to kill him, and I think he might be correct since it was the Stains this time. Sorry Coolie, I don't like it either, and the Rats bother me more than the Stains.

I seem to remember a few playoff wins in the 90’s professor
I seem to remember some truly bad seasons. I also know we don’t have a QB eating the salary cap so we had some depth. Th 90’s were not some awesome era. I still fully expect 12-5 this season. I expected this game to go pretty much exactly as it did. Except we actually ran the ball better than I expected. Despite the play calling.

For some retard reason, Warren gets us to the red zone and stupid garbage man takes him out of the game. Najee can't break a tackle, or block. But, true to the retard system we have, when Najee is in, and KP8 is under center, it's a run.

So very sick of this garbage. It's not worth watching.

Oh I'm not wasting my time with this crap next week. Bravo to Warren! He's a warrior. He runs like every run is his last. The only thing on this team worth watching is him. The rest of this team needs a heart like that guy. Including the coaches. **** your mediocre bullshit.

Vent mode off....

Nothing changes until Canada is no longer running the offense. It won’t matter who is QB.
Out of curiosity, you always blame Canada. You never blame the guy that has let it happen. For years. The same offensive approach. Implemented the year before Canada got here. The guy that has the power to say......hey this isn’t working, let’s try this etc.
He has let this happen for years now. Years.

The funny thing is statistically we don’t lose anymore than anyone against teams that finish the season with a losing record. They just hurt more when we do. Beating a bad team is far less
Memorable than losing to one.

The receiver across the middle is just a decoy, he is not allowed to throw there.

I'm alive and venting with Stryker on his live feed

I seem to remember playoff games AFC championship games and even a Superbowl in the 90s....

That is so far from a dream right now its laughable.

Defense yes. 10 points in a game though? Lmfao.
You can’t ignore the Jimmy’s and Joe’s on the roster. No one gave this team much of a chance this year. We were over achieving, then we got hit with some pretty significant injuries.

Yeah there was some success in the 90’s, but you must not have lived through those years. It wasn’t always smooth sailing.

OR, and more often, he bails too soon with that little spin move to the left and, runs himself into a sack.

And, the other team game planned around a quick passing game and the rookie QB made those throws at times.

And at the end game when it counted.

The only way we were winning that game was with a defensive score.

Pathetic.

I actually feel sorry for you and anyone else who now accepts the past 10 years as an acceptable and defendable level of play for this franchise, Tomlin and AR II have redefined what success is and you’ve fallen for it

In your mind Tomlins no losing seasons and 0 playoff wins in god knows how many years equals or is better than Cowhers teams winning lots of playoff games, playing dominant football, losing AFC Championship games, and occasionally having a losing season

There’s no point in arguing with you

Rookie Aiden O'Connell, a 4th round pick, threw for 271 yards in a 20-13 loss today.

Kenny Pickett has that many yards in exactly one game in his career. In his first career start.

His regression is worrisome.

Yeah. I said that earlier. The coaches need to put him in position to minimize that. He lacks awareness in how to react once pressured. If that’s the case these “professional” coaches need to tweak out a lot of things. If an arm chair QB can see it. I see no reason why a handsomely paid coach doesn’t

Don’t feel sorry for me. I have enjoyed a competitive team and still watching the local team have there hearts broken time and time again. I have seen us win 4 Super Bowls and been alive for all 6. I u sweet and how hard it is to win and can appreciate things differently as I get older. All the hate anger and angst isn’t good for anyone and we have truly been spoiled by this team. Even the last 10 despite not quite getting where we ultimately want. I feel sorry for those like you who can’t appreciate things without perspective. We could be 4-6 instead of 6-4 and still is a great position for the playoffs. We need to fix some things but I am still optimistic we will.

Comments still against back up QB'S of what they would do, really today Kenny was useless and was sacked and was inaccurate, stares down receivers. The love affair is getting weaker, Canada or no Canada, Kenny is behind center . Every week we hear working on getting better, did we see any better today from Kenny. Kenny is the leader we are not seeing this.

KP flat out admitted they weren't prepared for the coverage, man vs zone, the Browns were using. And couldn't adjust.

Seriously.

I agree that we've been spoiled over the years. That being said, I don't want the rings surpassed. And there's no reason to let it be taken over in my opinion - we should know what to do by now to prevent that from happening. ;)
