Have you heard……. PITTSBURGH @ Cleveland game thread……………..

Don’t feel sorry for me. I have enjoyed a competitive team and still watching the local team have there hearts broken time and time again. I have seen us win 4 Super Bowls and been alive for all 6. I u sweet and how hard it is to win and can appreciate things differently as I get older. All the hate anger and angst isn’t good for anyone and we have truly been spoiled by this team. Even the last 10 despite not quite getting where we ultimately want. I feel sorry for those like you who can’t appreciate things without perspective. We could be 4-6 instead of 6-4 and still is a great position for the playoffs. We need to fix some things but I am still optimistic we will.
The older I get the more I realize it’s just a game. Sure I want them to win, but the more I also realize there are other characteristics to value that defines a community rather than a sports team.

I took these losses a lot more serious when I was in high school. Having kids and and getting a dose of real life puts what actually matters in perspective.

That said I’m glad that we can all ***** together another year. One thing I always thank the Steelers and Pens for is bringing strangers together and celebrating a common goal and putting differences aside for a few hours

KP flat out admitted they weren't prepared for the coverage, man vs zone, the Browns were using. And couldn't adjust.

Seriously.
He’s not a professional then if that’s the case. Teams learn to adjust rather than forcing stuff

I don't care for excuses and it appears Kenny is throwing Canada under the bus but deservedly so. If this isn't enough of a validation of what should happen by this evening, I don't know what is. I'm not absolving Pickett, he sucked today as well, they couldn't adjust, seriously.

For me I am not going to try to minimize their suck in any form or fashion. I expect more from the coaches and owner. We have that obvious Groundhog Day pattern that will not go away with this coaching staff.

If they ***** foot around and don't give this team a chance to be competitive, I am going to do less and less in regards to them.

Wishful thinking I know but I seriously believe that this may be the nail in Canada's coffin and wouldn't be surprised if he's gone by tomorrow. I think they know Pickett's confidence is gone and they better do something quick to attempt and revive him regardless of whether he has what it takes to be a quality QB.

What can you do to fix it? None of us play nor work for them. Unless anyone here can snap their finger and fix the problems. The outcome is they win or lose every sunday.

It’s a groundhog pattern cause the Rooney’s allow it. Unless you can start up a community and hit Rooney in the pocket then nothing is going to change.

I have no control over these wins or losses. It’s impractical for me to be mad over something out of my control

What I would do is really simplistic bring in a new offensive minded HC. That would at least give the team a chance.

I would rather them try in that area and not succeed than trot out this mediocrity year after year after year after year after

year.

Zero chance that happens. Mike Tomlin watched the Canada "offense" for 2 1/2 years without believing the dude needs to be fired. He thinks No-Turnover Kenny is awesome and the Canada three-and-out strategy is genius.

If I were in that position I would as well.

But realistically as a fan, what can we do? I stopped giving the nfl my money 6 years ago. They’re doing fine without me.

Yep we are stuck with this crap. And it sucks a lot.

KP isn't as bad as he looks, Canada is worse than he looks, and Austin isn't far behind. The rot starts at the head, this is Tomlin's game plan philosophy and even if the bring in new coordinators nothing will change. Get ready for another non-losing season!

I'm hoping beyond hope that the Duce realizeses that whatever talent Pickett has they better salvage it. I know it may be delusional but when your QB says they couldn't adjust to man coverage, that should be enough to bring Tomlin in and tell him this can't continue. We all know it should have been done over a year ago, I've blamed Art 2 before for allowing this s&># show to continue. I'm having a hard time understanding the stubborness, obtuseness, indifference, whatever you want to call it from the Rooneys, forget Tomlin.

I disagree. Kenny IS as bad as he looks. I also believe he should be performing better and the Steelers did a poor job developing him. However, I don't want to deny his poor play right now as Zach Wilson is probably the only worse starting QB in the league right now.

Tommy Devito did something Kenny Pickett has never done - 3 TD passes in a game. Repeat, Tommy Devito.

You bring in a new HC let him pick his staff. The go BPA in the draft. If that is a QB in one so be it.

I’ve never played organized football. It really makes me wonder what the team thinks when they see this game in,game out. Lousy QB play. I mean, yes we all know Canada this and Canada that. But Kenny’s play has by far been the most disappointing for me this season. We also know Mitch sucks. But does Kenny really deserve the next start. I know they won’t pull him. I didn’t expect a pro bowl year. But I did expect some forward progress.
Based upon Lenny Pickett's lack of arm talent and ability to use his legs, I suggest we run the Wishbone.

I am running the I wish- Tomlin, Canada and the rest of the mediocre coaches were gone. The Wishgone.

But I always end up wishing in the left hand and watching the right hand fill up a lot quicker with sh!t.

Oh yeah. They all gotta go. If I owned this team they would have been gone about 10 years ago.

They've become a joke.

Ha, guess I'll disagree with you then. ;) With a QB coach and an OC playing to his strengths he would be better, but they keep rolling out the same stuff game after game after game and somehow expect different results.

Pickett would absolutely be better with a better OC. You just can't deny he's playing poorly right now. Again, he doesn't even luck into a good game like we see third stringers do on a weekly basis.

that is obvious because of the excellent comments and questions I ask, right?
